    Dear @Paytm I m totally dissatisfied. The interface is becoming horrible day by day. Even simple things like viewing passbook are not accessible. I have not been able to login to Paytm saving account. Paytm customer service is wrost.

    @Paytmcare vehicle number mismatch in records. Fastag working perfectly on all toll plaza except DME. Vehicle number last digit missing in records, thus not working on DME. Please resolve.

    @Paytm I got a coupon on paytm which I can use to order domino's pizza but it was showing invalid so what is the use of coupon this is really a fraud to fool the customer please file my complaint and Get my coupon money back which I could not able to use while ordering. #Paytm

    Provide mechant bank account no kyc so the detail on digital site all is wrong and misleading, what kind of @Paytm internal check, of kyc guninity check, and not sharing though i reptititive complian, to ur office @HMOIndia

    @Paytm Paytm send me the processes of closer fast tag within 1 hours but I have make a complaint at 5 feb for wrongly amount deducted which not completed till now very wrost service by Paytm

    @Paytm While I am trying to recharge the electricity bill through Paytm,it’s charging for convenience fees for 1%. Earlier it was not chargeable. Today, I was trying to pay some amount in groceries shop through QR scan code ,that time I was facing some issue like Payment failed.

    @Paytm why is KYC required every month by you? you only have a one point program to get people to open bank accounts with u Can u force people when u provide third class service Your menu for wallet KYC takes you to open a bank a/c @rbi @sebi need to audit

    @bankonbasak @Paytm @vijayshekhar @PaytmMoney In name of doing KYC for @Paytm wallet the guy opened a @PaytmBank account. Good that sms came immediately. Got the guy back in my house & literally kept him hostage for an hour & got my account cancelled. We hv ethical / security issues with these orgn. @Rahul_J_Mathur

    @Paytm booked a flight through paytm and the moment is chose date by default the system switched calendar to January instead of December..the technical glitch costing me 20k to book another flight losing the one is booked through paytm.Such a shame for you guys to trick customers

    @Paytm I'd applied for KYC but nobody came on scheduled date. I got call after few days person asking me to come for KYC but he didn't come. He did call me three times and no show. You CC called when I told the issue they simply disconnected. What the hell with payTM. Worst Exp.

    @Paytm My issue with Paytm, raised on 22nd June 2026, remains unresolved till date despite repeated attempts. The service is still not working, and no effective resolution has been provided so far. This prolonged delay reflects poor customer support and system inefficiency.
