@SirImranAhmad @SahilBulla @Paytm Absolutely true. Phonepe's UI and mode of customer support (ticketing system) is so convenient, compared to other UPI based apps. But the fact is, I never got a chance to raise a ticket on Phonepe. Haha..

@Paytmcare Worst customer service, unable to connect a live representative, 24*7 service is of no use, we have transferred money from credit card to my account, it shows successful but money not credited yet, it's third day. Such a horrible experience.

@Paytmcare your app is a clutterfest. Its fine for cash payment but among so many unnecessary options for bill payment I see reminders but cannot access options to remove those bill entries. I have moved to CRED as they provide better UX experience and is very seamless.
