@Paytmcare Worst customer service, unable to connect a live representative, 24*7 service is of no use, we have transferred money from credit card to my account, it shows successful but money not credited yet, it's third day. Such a horrible experience.

@SirImranAhmad @SahilBulla @Paytm Absolutely true. Phonepe's UI and mode of customer support (ticketing system) is so convenient, compared to other UPI based apps. But the fact is, I never got a chance to raise a ticket on Phonepe. Haha..

@Paytmcare Paytm has the WORST customer care staff available. I have been raising the complaint with these people from past 1month but there is no solution . I have spoken to more than 100 people including seniors, help desk members but everyone is useless.
