    @Paytmcare I have made a transaction of ₹2000 using Rent on Credit card option. The transaction was failed and the amount is deducted. Please help on this issue. I am try to reach customer care, its been 25 mins on the call,it still says they are attending other customers.

    Thank you @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar my problem has resolved and I got refund in to my account. The only thing I get disappointed is, there is no on call customer service that we can share the details as per our comfort.

    @Paytm If you cannot donate for Bihar flood, don't ever ask for help for some other state. I think all the states are equal then why this partility with Bihar. If same condition would have with any other state, you would have started donating but as it is bihar, have no respons.
