I have done a rent payment transaction on 29th Nov On Paytm but till now the amount has been not credited to landlords account.This is very pathetic service by @Paytm as i can't talk to a agent via call tooo and it's a heavy amount it has been 2days in processing. help @Paytmcare

@Paytm This is just pathetic service from @PaytmTravel @Paytmcare even after the airline informing your team about the steps to correct the name, your team couldnt do it. And they just added a note to the airlines instead of correct. I confirmed this with the airlines.

Day - 5 and No shame for @Paytm @paytmbankcare no matter what customer is suffering through but they will remain duff and dumb. People really need to rethink on maintaining payment wallets and their investment platforms bocz by any time it may be blocked and you can't do anything

Informed me that changes to the name can be made 2 hours before the flight and this same thing was informed to the paytm team. I have it on recording. Please sort this issue at the earliest as the flight is tomorrow morning @Paytm

Which UPI app is the best? While there have been technical glitches and more importantly regulatory issues with @Paytm. In my opinion, it is the best mobile app for overall a good UPI experience. Payments settled within seconds, clearly categorisation of transactions with downloadable reports. Tried Amazon pay, Google pay, PhonePe but will be sticking to PayTM from here on for all the UPI transactions. Unless there’s something else which more user friendly and rewarding! #UPI
