@SirImranAhmad @SahilBulla @Paytm Absolutely true. Phonepe's UI and mode of customer support (ticketing system) is so convenient, compared to other UPI based apps. But the fact is, I never got a chance to raise a ticket on Phonepe. Haha..

@Paytmcare Worst customer service, unable to connect a live representative, 24*7 service is of no use, we have transferred money from credit card to my account, it shows successful but money not credited yet, it's third day. Such a horrible experience.

@Paytm @Paytmcare I made a Hyderabad metro card recharge on 11 January but the amount is not credited into my metro card till today. After reaching metro customer care they asked to contact Paytm as the recharge was done on Paytm platform. Request you to look into it and resolve.

@RatanSharda55 @Paytmcare I got a sms seeking OTP confirmation when I attempted to make payment to some shop. Paytm sent SMS that they dont ask for OTP. So I uninstalled,again reinstalled after sometime but the same problem occured. Some miscreants hack the site.Therefore I uninstalled Paytm permanently.
