After reaching metro customer care they asked to contact Paytm as the recharge was done on Paytm platform. Request you to look into it and resolve.

On payment page you showed as eligible for cashback once done nothing received when checked under order section it says only for first time users.

Paytm Ticket ID: 200012652557 Date of complaint: 18 August 2026 Issue: Flight cancellation and refund I raised this complaint through Paytm Help & Support. I received an automated response stating that a support agent would review my concern and that Paytm aimed to respond within 6 hours. However, I have not received a proper response or resolution. I have also followed up through the existing support ticket, but the matter remains unresolved. I request you to urgently review my case and provide: 1. The current status of my cancellation/refund. 2. The expected refund amount. 3. The expected date by which the refund will be credited. 4. Confirmation that no further action is required from my side. Please treat this as a Level 2 escalation against Ticket ID 200012652557 and provide an acknowledgement/reference number for this escalation. I have experience the rejection just cz of pincode, is it truly matters. Come to the tier 2 and 3 cities people earn and save more from tier 1 cities people. Vinayak Naik (@vinayaksn) reported@Paytmcare I found the issue. When I uninstalled PCAPdroid, Paytm app started working. Actually, you should not have tagged PCAPdroid malicious. Its an app from Play Store. If Paytm uses HTTPS, a packet capture does not reveal anything. Hope your don't flag it anymore.
