I've made a postpaid recharge to my number through @Paytm once on 30 June & 15 June twice (today) & the balance shows zero but amount is deducted from my account. What's the problem? @airtelindia is much better than this.

Phonepe's UI and mode of customer support (ticketing system) is so convenient, compared to other UPI based apps. But the fact is, I never got a chance to raise a ticket on Phonepe. Haha..
