    @Paytm This is just pathetic service from @PaytmTravel @Paytmcare even after the airline informing your team about the steps to correct the name, your team couldnt do it. And they just added a note to the airlines instead of correct. I confirmed this with the airlines.

    Thank you @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar my problem has resolved and I got refund in to my account. The only thing I get disappointed is, there is no on call customer service that we can share the details as per our comfort.

    I informed the paytm team to cancel my booking as the paytm customer support team failed to modify the name but till now it has not been cancelled and i didnt receive my refund. Its been 10 days now. Any update on this? @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmTravel

    @Paytm I tried to reach out to customer care, which is impossible in paytm. I have charged with Rs.549/- for postapaid which i forget to paid just a delay of 1day. I was in tension since three months that my father was fallen sick and he is no more now. I need a waiver off.

    @Paytmcare I have made a transaction of ₹2000 using Rent on Credit card option. The transaction was failed and the amount is deducted. Please help on this issue. I am try to reach customer care, its been 25 mins on the call,it still says they are attending other customers.

    @Paytmcare Funny you asked for screenshots. Either u are unaware ur app doesnt let scdeenshots for security reasons. Or you also just pushing me into loops. I spent 30mins trying to resolve my problem of accepting payments chat, online faqs, IVR.

    I have done a rent payment transaction on 29th Nov On Paytm but till now the amount has been not credited to landlords account.This is very pathetic service by @Paytm as i can't talk to a agent via call tooo and it's a heavy amount it has been 2days in processing. help @Paytmcare

    Informed me that changes to the name can be made 2 hours before the flight and this same thing was informed to the paytm team. I have it on recording. Please sort this issue at the earliest as the flight is tomorrow morning @Paytm

    @EcomExpress_Ofc what a shame my package awb 2759653753 is showing in transit from 11th Sept till today.. No customer care , no update is available. I doubt if this courier service is still working. @Paytm @vijayshekhar

    @Paytm increase your server from 8 pm we are trying to purchase the ticket of india vs Australia by the time it show last payment option it is showing error and we are trying from 1 hour and after it was showing that no ticket available

    @Paytm #paytmbusiness is the worst service i have come across. It's been two months i could not change my bank account to current account. I am stuck with #paytm because purchasing CC machine outright. Should have gone for different vendor. My mistake. Be aware before comiting.

    @Paytm @vijayshekhar - trying to cancel my Paytm fasttag for last 15 days.ur 24*7 help & support has all options but to place cancellation. link that I am getting thru sms to place cancellation is eternally not working. Do u not want your customers to place cancellation request?

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Since last Sunday , 7 days have passed and my account is freezed and fast tag also not working and paying double the toll . many communication to yoy. Nobody bothered to call and resolve ... Unable to understand what's the meaning of customer care .. not happy

    @Paytm For Rs50 cash last 18 days company management saying we r working on it not they refuses to give cash back. Is paytm is in any financial trouble coz for Rs 50 they now refused to give ... Request ppl. Not to use paytm app better delete
