    @Paytm @Paytmcare I made a Hyderabad metro card recharge on 11 January but the amount is not credited into my metro card till today. After reaching metro customer care they asked to contact Paytm as the recharge was done on Paytm platform. Request you to look into it and resolve.

    @jsgoraya12 @Paytm Hey Joban, we regret the hassle faced. For your booking ID, 201XXXXX983 we have processed a sum of INR 26,208 on 19/01/2023 to your ICICI Bank account. Given the mode of payment is credit card, it should reflect in your account within 5-7 working days.
