    @Paytmcare I made a payment of Rs 12608 towards bill payment of my Axis Credit Card on 15-09-2021 through Internet Banking on Paytm. Transaction number 110279997089.This amount of Rs 12608 not refunded till date. Order Id is 15109319387 Raised ticket Id 22047876499. Pls help

    @dhanicares Need help with regards to cancelation/refund of payment made towards Dhani One Freedom.. Reason : Services are not worth using. The same type of service is provided by "@Paytm postpaid" without any fee.

    @SirImranAhmad @SahilBulla @Paytm Absolutely true. Phonepe's UI and mode of customer support (ticketing system) is so convenient, compared to other UPI based apps. But the fact is, I never got a chance to raise a ticket on Phonepe. Haha..

    @Paytmcare Worst customer service, unable to connect a live representative, 24*7 service is of no use, we have transferred money from credit card to my account, it shows successful but money not credited yet, it's third day. Such a horrible experience.

    I have never seen the world do such a thing that they took my 45000 rupees and did not reply and did not give anything. You are a rubbish bank. The customer support employees who work for the banks do not help, they have to be fed with pressure on their chests. @Paytmcare

    @divyanshu_nd @Paytm Wow. Completely unrelated, but there are two fake customer care accounts that have QT'd this already. Looks like bots, which means this scam is probably running at a significant scale. I wonder if they (Paytm) are doing anything about this.
