    Thank you @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar my problem has resolved and I got refund in to my account. The only thing I get disappointed is, there is no on call customer service that we can share the details as per our comfort.

    @Paytmcare hey I have been following up for one issue since 02/08/2019 rather than solving the issue your customer care just sending automated response “it will take 48 to 72 hours to resolve”. It’s really frustrating. Registered number 9618452277. Please take it up on priority.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I am were happy using Paytm, but it's very annoying by seeing the add as soon as I open my App. It is almost taking 20sec to display home page and sometimes I need to refresh my cache and need to reopen it again. Can you look into this issue.

    Dear friends, @Paytm FoodWallet is not working at outlets like ratnadeep, Dadu, Delhi Sweets though @Paytm is displayed. Helpdesk says its not their problem. What do you suggest. Stop using Foodwallet and switch to Gpay or BHIM.

    Dear @Paytm and @DigitInsurance, Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of resolution. I renewed my vehicle insurance policy (Vehicle No. OD02AK9911) through Paytm on Digit Insurance two days ago. Payment was successfully completed and KYC was also done. Yet no policy.

    @Paytmcare It's been more than a month since I started encountering Error 61007 on Paytm. Despite trying every suggested fix, the issue remains unresolved. Interestingly, all other UPI apps are functioning without any problems on the same device. Requesting your team to prioritize this matter and provide a permanent resolution as soon as possible.

    This is a clear case of service downgrade and misrepresentation. Customers paid for AC Sleeper comfort but received a completely different service without prior notice. Requesting immediate intervention, investigation, and appropriate refund/compensation. @Paytm @vijayshekhar

    @Paytm Don’t use the payment for @npclgrnoida electric meeter recharge payment because your payment debit but paytm and NPCl will give the credit next 3-4 days, they will use your money and you will struggle for credit & then chase to thier customer care !! It’s too poor service
