I have charged with Rs.549/- for postapaid which i forget to paid just a delay of 1day. I was in tension since three months that my father was fallen sick and he is no more now. I need a waiver off.

After reaching metro customer care they asked to contact Paytm as the recharge was done on Paytm platform. Request you to look into it and resolve.
