AI has been deployed in the name of customer care, it is not able to handle it, will customer all die out of frustration? If I want to receive payment directly, then I can do it through any normal UPI.But you people or I closed your FIR directly without any solution, what nonsense is this?

Your representatives from Jalgaon, Maharashtra strung us along for 2 weeks to get a damn QR code approved, took at least 25-30 OTPs, harassed ******** out of our staff and now they are asking for more documents. This led to loss of business because we had to use a personal QR code to accept payments. We are now going ahead with @PhonePe and I will make it a point to strongly recommend people to NOT use your services. Rot in hell ********.
