@SirImranAhmad @SahilBulla @Paytm Absolutely true. Phonepe's UI and mode of customer support (ticketing system) is so convenient, compared to other UPI based apps. But the fact is, I never got a chance to raise a ticket on Phonepe. Haha..

@Paytm @Paytmcare I made a Hyderabad metro card recharge on 11 January but the amount is not credited into my metro card till today. After reaching metro customer care they asked to contact Paytm as the recharge was done on Paytm platform. Request you to look into it and resolve.

Appreciation post for @Paytm ; I had a death claim settlement under 1000 without nomination, I prepared the documents and sent it via post. As a precautionary measure, when it was delivered I dropped an email stating I have sent the same and the documents were received by Paytm team on this date. That email was insurance to escalate it on RBI Ombudsman level, but it never had to in my case. There was one document missing, a signed Aadhar by one legal heir, which they asked ONLY TO SEND ON EMAIL by reaching out to me on call. Appreciated the request over secure channel! Also the request got processed and I got the refund today! The whole process happened in 8 days including postal delivery duration from Mumbai to Noida! Let me know if anyone needs any help with death claim settlement or even DEAF claims, will try to help out!
