@Paytm @Paytmcare I made a Hyderabad metro card recharge on 11 January but the amount is not credited into my metro card till today. After reaching metro customer care they asked to contact Paytm as the recharge was done on Paytm platform. Request you to look into it and resolve.

2 days passed and my Rent not yet transferred by @Paytm. Everytime I try to do transaction with them some or other issue happens.. they have also disabled all the options to talk to anyone there. Government also on sleep mode regarding monopoly of these apps.

Hello @paytm irctc has initiated the refumd of the cancelled ticket via refund reference number 2217310928203217 on 1st october. The ticket was booked via paytm upi. Some issue at your end. Please see. Yourr 24/7 care is defunct
