    @Idea the worst service provider in the country. I've made a postpaid recharge to my number through @Paytm once on 30 June & 15 June twice (today) & the balance shows zero but amount is deducted from my account. What's the problem? @airtelindia is much better than this.

    Hey @Paytmcare bought 2 fasttags on Nov 29. Still not received. it says it reached ecom delivery couriers on Dec 1. They still haven't delivered. What is the problem #fail

    Dear friends, @Paytm FoodWallet is not working at outlets like ratnadeep, Dadu, Delhi Sweets though @Paytm is displayed. Helpdesk says its not their problem. What do you suggest. Stop using Foodwallet and switch to Gpay or BHIM.

    @Paytmcare My query on Order no. 10284866054 was not answered by the customer care executive. He just kept repeating the same things over and over. There is a problem in your app wherein it drops all preferences when I click “retry”. I want compensation for my loss.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I am were happy using Paytm, but it's very annoying by seeing the add as soon as I open my App. It is almost taking 20sec to display home page and sometimes I need to refresh my cache and need to reopen it again. Can you look into this issue.

    Team @ZEE5helps @ZEE5India I am an @airtelindia Platinum Plan user as part of the plan I have an year long subscription for #ZEE5 .Don't know why you all kept deducting money from my @Paytm wallet when the subscription is free. And now even the subscription is not working. Fix it

    @Paytmcare In the month of January of this year, I first ever launched my complaint. After hearing the whole problem from my mouth PayTM business helpdesk registered my complaint. By this time two-three PayTM guys physically come and took pictures of my shop and documents.

    @paytmbankcare @vijayshekhar why don’t you tie up Gov and issue Atal pension Yojana to customers. Since you are Already providing NPS. Can you also provide all the Government insurances etc under @Paytm

    @Paytmcare Yes ,please. After the refund transaction failed due to your app technical issue , I had the given the Paytm Bank details through mail as asked. But after someday when I enquired about its status , they told me to give another bank account detail that I also given..

    @Paytmcare I received the amount excluding convenience fee.....When team will look after this issue????? Why Paytm is charging convenience fee for lockdown cancelled ticket even Airlines returned all the amonut without deducting anything....
