Thank you @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar my problem has resolved and I got refund in to my account. The only thing I get disappointed is, there is no on call customer service that we can share the details as per our comfort.

@Paytm I paid my full payment and call customer care to raise my issue , they said we will send you a link where u can raise ur issue but yet I will not receive any Link from paytm and they charging me unnecessarily.
