    That was fine we all got frauded not by @Paytm but an agent....but it's @Paytmcare responsibility to help merchants come out of this situation. I have raised complaint regarding this #soundbox deactivation uncountable times but still no response from @Paytmcare.

    @Paytmcare My complaint ID is 187680366 regarding Flight booking refund for booking id 10455308826. GoAir initiated a refund for this booking id on 23rd Dec 2020 but I didn't receive a refund in my Paytm account yet, so please help me to get my refund ASAP.

    @Paytmcare I have order date 03 april 2021 Paytm QR wooden clock tower order no. 13243870307 item showing delivered 04 april 2021 but still not found me. Also I have fill query reference 187531629 query still open. Where is my order. This is very bad service by paytm mall.
