@Paytmcare I am also see it , payment is successful but not receive at biller end @BSNLCorporate . And not reflect in my account. Bsnl officer said that @Paytmcare hold it at gateway level. And not settel down . Where is problem I don't know I paid through you so solved it.

That was fine we all got frauded not by @Paytm but an agent....but it's @Paytmcare responsibility to help merchants come out of this situation. I have raised complaint regarding this #soundbox deactivation uncountable times but still no response from @Paytmcare.

@PaytmMoney @Paytm Even though you were aware that there was an technical issue in your system from 4th to 15 July, you didn't care to proactively communicate that to your customers and ended up not investing payments made on 14 July. Even you were not able to refund it till now.
