That was fine we all got frauded not by @Paytm but an agent....but it's @Paytmcare responsibility to help merchants come out of this situation. I have raised complaint regarding this #soundbox deactivation uncountable times but still no response from @Paytmcare.

@Paytmcare I am also see it , payment is successful but not receive at biller end @BSNLCorporate . And not reflect in my account. Bsnl officer said that @Paytmcare hold it at gateway level. And not settel down . Where is problem I don't know I paid through you so solved it.

Hi @Paytm. Is this your way by behaving with your customers. I'm using paytm postpaid since a very long time. I'm paying it in on time for months now. This is the first time I have delayed the payment. For this I have received call from the customer care multiple times.

@Paytm @PaytmBank You guys are making fool to the customers. You deduct the amount from the customers without any reason. I appeal to all that don't use the Paytm because money is not safe with Paytm. Even they don't have customers care service they also don't reply of chat. They are doing fraud.
