    That was fine we all got frauded not by @Paytm but an agent....but it's @Paytmcare responsibility to help merchants come out of this situation. I have raised complaint regarding this #soundbox deactivation uncountable times but still no response from @Paytmcare.

    @Paytm My Paytm account bearing mobile no 7008217083 still shows account access denied due to mobile no blocked for the past 8 days.I tried to contact Paytm and @Paytmcare and told that it will be resolved in 3-5 days but still not solved.Kindly solve the issue quickly.

    Hey @Paytm @PaytmCare, I booked an flight ticket by Paytm for 2 ticket I cancelled the ticket for 1 ticket Mohd Ebad, Split PNR: WYI4KT and already processed the refund from their end. However, the Paytm app is still showing the status as 'Still Working'. Ticket ID: 200011664664.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare It has been a week since my account has been blocked without any cause, and you suggested that it will be changed within 3-5 days yet my issue isn't resolved. You don't consider responding, you've been absolutely shameful with no sense of accountability at all.

    It's almost next to impossible to reach at customer support of @Paytm, it's understandable if the Chatbot is next level which is not good in this case. I am waiting since Tuesday to transfer UPI Lite from Android to iPhone. I was not able to disable on Android device as I shifted to eSIM. Chatbot just send message to understand the problem however not able to solve in 4 days. @vijayshekhar
