    That was fine we all got frauded not by @Paytm but an agent....but it's @Paytmcare responsibility to help merchants come out of this situation. I have raised complaint regarding this #soundbox deactivation uncountable times but still no response from @Paytmcare.

    @Paytmcare that there is some error on our side so the amount will be reversed within 48 hours and now the supervisor mandeep on helpline advised me that he is taking this to concerned team and then he disconnected the call and then keshav from @Paytm @RBI

    @Paytmcare card machine not working since 2 months. Raised complaints 3 times. No response. Field executive calls and abuses and harrases. Please resolve at earliest. Worst service. Ticket id- 500009072486, 500009267389

    @Paytmcare The chatbot keeps on raising tickets and don’t even let talk to customer service representative, it’s just a waste of time. And tells to contact bank, I even contacted HDFC they also told they didn’t receive any money and this Paytm says they have sent the money to bank

    @Paytmcare @Paytm Paytm Postpaid application has been stuck on "We are verifying your bank account details" since 4 June 2026. Full KYC completed, bank account linked, It has been 6+ days without any update. Kindly check and resolve this issue urgently. #PaytmPostpaid

    Hey @PaytmCare, we're struggling to get a refund for a cancelled @IndiGo6E flight! Indigo refunded the amount, but it's stuck with Paytm. Your app's customer care isn't helpful. Please assist! Booking ID: 26993710263 PNR: WF3FKK BOM to VNS on 12 May 2026. it’s been Month.

    I’m using Paytm from last 10 years and one incident happened with in 2020 that’s someone have bypassed my phone and stolen otp to login the Paytm account I lost my account with my money and information after that many a times my Paytm no 8287475646 @Paytm @OnePay @vijayshekhar

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @SMFGIndia Need urgent help.A top-up loan was disbursed, but my old loan continued running and deductions continued. The new loan is showing dues and repayment mismatches.GRO complaint already raised, but clarification is still pending.Please review and resolve

    just called @PaytmMoney for their support. Getiing an IVR message that they are on holiday on the occassion of Eid. whaaat?? In which timezone these people are living? it was few days back!! Requesting @Paytmcare to please look into it!!
