@Paytmcare I am also see it , payment is successful but not receive at biller end @BSNLCorporate . And not reflect in my account. Bsnl officer said that @Paytmcare hold it at gateway level. And not settel down . Where is problem I don't know I paid through you so solved it.

That was fine we all got frauded not by @Paytm but an agent....but it's @Paytmcare responsibility to help merchants come out of this situation. I have raised complaint regarding this #soundbox deactivation uncountable times but still no response from @Paytmcare.

@Paytm Due to a payment gateway delay, my IRCTC booking showed NOT BOOKED even after amount was debited via Slice UPI. Because of this issue, I lost my train ticket and couldn’t rebook in time. Support has acknowledged the error.I received my refund and thanks for wasting time
