That was fine we all got frauded not by @Paytm but an agent....but it's @Paytmcare responsibility to help merchants come out of this situation. I have raised complaint regarding this #soundbox deactivation uncountable times but still no response from @Paytmcare.

@Paytmcare I am also see it , payment is successful but not receive at biller end @BSNLCorporate . And not reflect in my account. Bsnl officer said that @Paytmcare hold it at gateway level. And not settel down . Where is problem I don't know I paid through you so solved it.

@Paytm I paid credit card bill through paytm on 4th September till now the money not added to Andhra bank credit card. There is no way to contact customer care so I chat to paytm they told transaction is success then i went to bank they told money not received

Paytm / Paytmmall might be going big with the IPO and adding tons of new features / services etc but fails to manage and maintain the ongoing services they offer. In terms of support they still have worst customer support. Sigh. @Paytmcare @paytmmallcare
