    @Paytmcare Dear @Paytm and @Paytmcare What is the point in asking for DM if you had to give the same template response ? Is it not Paytm’s responsibility to waive off the late payment charges when customer is unable to make the payment ?

    @Paytm Hi , order I'd PE-1629180306145e1fefaf-1 showing as successful in paytm passbook but amount is no refunded in the credit card. Already raised a ticket also on paytm app but no proper response. Customer care also don't connect. Can you please looke into this and process the refund

    @Paytmcare when i sent money to anyone then money sent with my name but anyone sent money to me then money not received in my account , it goes to some other paytm account named Durga Snacks. I raised same issue two year ago but not get any solution till now. What can i do ?
