That was fine we all got frauded not by @Paytm but an agent....but it's @Paytmcare responsibility to help merchants come out of this situation. I have raised complaint regarding this #soundbox deactivation uncountable times but still no response from @Paytmcare.

@Paytmcare I am also see it , payment is successful but not receive at biller end @BSNLCorporate . And not reflect in my account. Bsnl officer said that @Paytmcare hold it at gateway level. And not settel down . Where is problem I don't know I paid through you so solved it.

@Paytm you have wrost customer service. I want to transfer my kyc old number to new number but ever time when i call customer care they told different diff answers but don’t solve my problem. And nobody listen about problems. Paytm customer care unable to solve problem 20 days.
