That was fine we all got frauded not by @Paytm but an agent....but it's @Paytmcare responsibility to help merchants come out of this situation. I have raised complaint regarding this #soundbox deactivation uncountable times but still no response from @Paytmcare.

@Paytmcare I am also see it , payment is successful but not receive at biller end @BSNLCorporate . And not reflect in my account. Bsnl officer said that @Paytmcare hold it at gateway level. And not settel down . Where is problem I don't know I paid through you so solved it.

@Paytm service is worst as I have seen now. Trying to open a bank account from past 2 months, did several follow ups on call and mails, completed kyc a long way back still not able to access paytm bank. Pathetic. @Paytmcare
