That was fine we all got frauded not by @Paytm but an agent....but it's @Paytmcare responsibility to help merchants come out of this situation. I have raised complaint regarding this #soundbox deactivation uncountable times but still no response from @Paytmcare.

@Paytmcare I am also see it , payment is successful but not receive at biller end @BSNLCorporate . And not reflect in my account. Bsnl officer said that @Paytmcare hold it at gateway level. And not settel down . Where is problem I don't know I paid through you so solved it.

Now they asked me to contact paytm customer care. @Paytmcare told me that the promocode I used was user specific and it was not applicable to me. But the same code I applied was visible on @swiggy_in offers section, and I successfully applied it and done the payment also.

@HDFC_Bank #fastag is not your core business . @Paytm on the other hand made switching #hdfcfastag a breeze. 7 days to get a replacement ( for the malfunctioning where customer has to pay) vs 3 days for a new delivery- someone got the customer journey right.

@Paytm it was so disheartening that I tried to book Air ticket for 5 days in a row & unable to do so due to App/web issues.. Even calling to support did not help... Finally booked tickets from other app. Worst experience! Never expected!
