@Paytmcare I am also see it , payment is successful but not receive at biller end @BSNLCorporate . And not reflect in my account. Bsnl officer said that @Paytmcare hold it at gateway level. And not settel down . Where is problem I don't know I paid through you so solved it.

That was fine we all got frauded not by @Paytm but an agent....but it's @Paytmcare responsibility to help merchants come out of this situation. I have raised complaint regarding this #soundbox deactivation uncountable times but still no response from @Paytmcare.

@Paytmcare On 6th February 2020 I made a transaction which was successful sent to the reciver has not done his kyc so we went to Paytm customer care . They said that whenever you would do your kyc it will be automatically show in your Paytm payment bank .
