@Paytmcare I am also see it , payment is successful but not receive at biller end @BSNLCorporate . And not reflect in my account. Bsnl officer said that @Paytmcare hold it at gateway level. And not settel down . Where is problem I don't know I paid through you so solved it.

That was fine we all got frauded not by @Paytm but an agent....but it's @Paytmcare responsibility to help merchants come out of this situation. I have raised complaint regarding this #soundbox deactivation uncountable times but still no response from @Paytmcare.

We consistently raising request for faulty box of Paytm no one visited or provided any resolution, every time we call customer care and they are asking for 48 hrs time and monthly charges are also deducted for faulty box since 2 months @Paytm @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare
