If I Wanted a physical debit card, why would I use a virtual wallet/card? This is extremely sleazy practices from @Paytm @vijayshekhar Making money off 250/- Re. Debit cards??? Goodluck becoming a full fledged Bank, count one customer out though!! Disappointed, Angry!!!😡😡😡😡

Dear @vijayshekhar I have been using @Paytm for some time now. While things are ok in the UPI payment part of PayTM, you really need to look into the customer support which is currently non-existent! Let me give you 2 instances that had happened to me personally. (1/3)

I am trying to understand that why my problems didn't get short out ??? When you asked me to provide my phone number, I did but still there is no reply from paytm end. Why are you people so dumb and con @vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare . If you can't handle your work shut it down.
