    Hey @Paytm having an issue while ordering new debit card. While checking out it shows " 2md line of address can't have more than 40 words" can't edit the address or choose alternative addresses either !

    @Paytmcare @Paytm 10 days passed and the postpaid failed transaction is not refunded back. I even submitted the failed transaction receipt as well, but no help… please close my postpaid account if you can’t provide resolution

    @PaytmPostpaid6 @Paytm Yesterday I forgot to pay postpaid bill due to some personal reasons they charged 590 late fee, and costumer care support not helping properly so I am closing my account. Thanks paytm support team.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I don't know why you guys don't provide customer support calling facility. No every issue your AI is able to understand and not everytime one can wait for resolution based on AI. Because next day you will charge fee against it on Paytm postpaid bills.
