    @Paytmcare @Paytm Order Id 20752538269, My payment got failed on Apr 5th 2023, and its been 5 days since the amnt got debited and I haven't received the refund yet . Its 41k for credit card payment, kindly look this issue in priority , Kindly update the status as well.

    @Paytmcare 2 days back KYC documents uploaded on link provided on ticket. Today, again same message on ticket to upload KYC documents. Instead of asking same documents, paytm should mention if uploaded documents has issue. Worst service.@Paytm

    @PaytmMoneyCare placed an MF order on 28 mar 23. Got cancelled on 30 mar. Still no updates on refunds. Customer support doesn't reply. No real time customer support. @Paytm this is really bad. Please look into it. Gotta use Twitter to raise cus. support query. Shame on you.
