  @Paytm its normally happen when huge transactions happen and the server fails to process. i would suggest upgrading your servers and using advanced database like azure cosmosDB and Kubernetes . paytm has also same problem- but its ok - you can fix it

  @Paytm I was also stuck with this kind of scenarios for a couple of times and thank god the shopkeeper was someone i know personally,i have stopped using gpay,and even paytm gave me some problems like money was deducted from my bank acct but it never reached the merchant.
