@Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmTravelCare Raised a ticket for refund on 18th april. Till date not refund has been recieved. Everytime a fake promise is made. The last fake promise was it’ll be recieved by 10th may, 2021. Please look into the matter. Utterly disheartened by the service.

Woke up this morning to find Rs2000 deducted from my @Paytm wallet and paid to " e commerce" which I never did. And their customer service sucks big time!! It's a fraud of more than Rs 2000 and where can I report it? Nowhere because apparently they don't have any interest in
