  @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmTravelCare Raised a ticket for refund on 18th april. Till date not refund has been recieved. Everytime a fake promise is made. The last fake promise was it’ll be recieved by 10th may, 2021. Please look into the matter. Utterly disheartened by the service.

  @Paytmcare But the customer care executive asked me to contact paytm since the recharge was done through third party. Let me how can get my refund back. I’ve already deactivated my paytm and now if this issue doesn’t solve I’ll stop using airtel as well.2/2

  @REALTECHDNA @Paytmcare Which bank ? Forget about what banks customer care told. RuPay credit cards supported on Paytm wallet load. Try small amount, if transaction failed then make sure your e-com is enabled. If you still face any problem then contact @Paytmcare official customer support team.
