The replies received from your end didn't provide any solution. Today was the last day to get my seat confirmation. Feeling fed up I am quitting Paytm.

Once the tickets are confirmed, the date of departure changed to next Friday (Sept 4th, 7:40PM). Customer care is of no help. Either allow us to modify or cancel the booking free of charge. URGENT!
