@Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmTravelCare Raised a ticket for refund on 18th april. Till date not refund has been recieved. Everytime a fake promise is made. The last fake promise was it’ll be recieved by 10th may, 2021. Please look into the matter. Utterly disheartened by the service.

@Paytm how do I lodge a complain of fraud? No email is given. I cld not reach customer service as OTP did not get generated. Someone tried to make a fraudulent transaction from my SBI acc through Paytm. You need to share details.

Don’t book bus tickets from @Paytm, They don’t take any responsibility, bus operator can cancel your ride anytime, even just before boarding. And upon complaining about the same, they said contact your website or platform (in my case Paytm), And even use abusive words on argument
