@PaytmBank @Paytmcare Ticket number: 3127688013 Had raised the issue on 25th November, today is 30th nov. Still not yet resolved!!! Was my ₹500 totally forfeited??? If in next 5 days you won't refund me, you have to compensate₹100 everyday or else I'll goto consumer forum.

Avoid using Paytm, one transaction wrong it'll take hours to resolve, no customer support. I wrongly transferred money to a mobile which has no wallet attached, money gets deducted from my wallet & receiver hasn't received but as per Paytm transaction successful @Paytmcare #FAIL

@Paytm you all don't cooperate with your customer, i have a complain regarding your refund team after my airlines refund you should credit it to my accnt but since 1 month you all have a habbit to make your customer wait for 7 days repeatedly totally unsatisfactory.
