When I contact customer care they also reply the same msg but did not mention what is the solution!!! Last 2days I can't make any money transfer through upi. My experience with @PaytmBank is really very bad after this problem. @Paytmcare plz slove my problem ASAP 🙏🙏🙏

Toll in Cash, after Few hours I found that Rs 85 has been deducted frm my @Paytm Account by Dankuni Toll Plaza then Returning in the evening also in the Down Journey Rs 40 has been deducted again frm @Paytm ACC but I had already paid Rs 125 Up/Down Journey Toll Through Cash. [2]

@Paytm When a flight gets cancelled due to the airport being shutdown, it’s not our fault. Convenience fee needs to be refunded under such circumstances because it’s the airline that has cancelled the flight which is not in the customer’s hands.
