    @Paytmcare I can't use my paytm post paid option on payment option for any recharge or bill payment etc. I have a IRCTC refund also can't use my money from postpaid, I call 3rd time at helpline and raise issue but steel not solv. 😑😑

    @Paytmcare Form last 2 days I had requested for a solution to my problem of not getting seat confirmation of IMAX first cut. The replies received from your end didn't provide any solution. Today was the last day to get my seat confirmation. Feeling fed up I am quitting Paytm.

    When I contact customer care they also reply the same msg but did not mention what is the solution!!! Last 2days I can't make any money transfer through upi. My experience with @PaytmBank is really very bad after this problem. @Paytmcare plz slove my problem ASAP 🙏🙏🙏

    @Paytmcare Thank you for the update. I would like to request that this case be treated as a denied boarding issue and not as a standard non-refundable cancellation. I had presented a valid original ID, but it was incorrectly considered duplicate by the airline staff. I request you to kindly coordinate with the airline and ensure a fair resolution with a full refund. PNR: 14N04D Looking forward to a prompt update.

    @Paytmcare no resolution till now. I don’t know how you people operate, even after more than 48 hours you are not able to give me a reason that why my account access is denied. My daily sip Money is getting defected everyday and what about my money already invested. @RBI
