    This is so depressing. @Paytm @Paytmcare I am unable to change my debit card delivery address. It's taking my voter Id but I wish to change it to Aadhar & I cannot change it. Checking the entire IVR I figured it's useless. The same for my wife. Come on. Can you guys help?

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmTravelCare Raised a ticket for refund on 18th april. Till date not refund has been recieved. Everytime a fake promise is made. The last fake promise was it’ll be recieved by 10th may, 2021. Please look into the matter. Utterly disheartened by the service.

    @PaytmBank @Paytmcare Ticket number: 3127688013 Had raised the issue on 25th November, today is 30th nov. Still not yet resolved!!! Was my ₹500 totally forfeited??? If in next 5 days you won't refund me, you have to compensate₹100 everyday or else I'll goto consumer forum.

    @Paytmcare My query reference id is 188112454. The refund was scheduled to be processed by 10th may 2021. Till now there isn’t an update. Nor have I received any sms stating need to share bank details to get the refund. Paytm customer care isn’t responding too. What do I do now?

    @Paytm horrible service by you people. Despite of giving all the details in box you people don't even bother to response. What kind of service you people are providing can you people just explain? It has been 14 days and I didn't get my refund. Is this a joke or what?

    @zakir_bharti @Paytm @Paytmcare now a days we are facing lots of problems with transaction. Amount is getting deducted from the bank account but payment failed. Mere account se v paise kat gaye magar payment failed.

    @SriHarsha02011 @Paytmcare Same thing happened to to me a few weeks ago, I tried reaching out to support they did nothing, then a friend of mine referred me to #cybermonstersecurity on Instagram he resolved it immediately. Check him out I’m sure he can help you out too.

    @Paytm @Paytm please stop misleading customers with the 2% cashback offer on adding money to the wallets after collecting the additional charges of 3.65%. I have wasted almost 1 hours of my time explaining it to the customer support and ended up unresolved.

    @Paytmcare I hope I might get some support but @PaytmFirst is just crap since you don’t find any kind of support other than just a automated voice note which won’t even resolve your issue at all
