    @Paytmcare I know it is fake, as I am quite familiar with this type of common scam, but not everyone can recognise. Please do something to get this number down immediately, else some of your customers will loose this money soon. #FakePayTm

    @vijayshekhar @Paytm @PaytmBank Sir, One of my colleague was cheated over phone yesterday and several transactions have been made from her accounts. Receiver's bank account no. is 919839579807 in paytm payment bank. Please help to resolve the issue and get her money back.

    Toll in Cash, after Few hours I found that Rs 85 has been deducted frm my @Paytm Account by Dankuni Toll Plaza then Returning in the evening also in the Down Journey Rs 40 has been deducted again frm @Paytm ACC but I had already paid Rs 125 Up/Down Journey Toll Through Cash. [2]

    @Paytmcare paytmforbusiness is shutting down itself within 15 seconds from past few days in iphone 6. I have reinstalled but still the problem exist. There seems to be a bug, whereas the normal paytm works fine

    @Paytmcare But the customer care executive asked me to contact paytm since the recharge was done through third party. Let me how can get my refund back. I’ve already deactivated my paytm and now if this issue doesn’t solve I’ll stop using airtel as well.2/2

    When I contact customer care they also reply the same msg but did not mention what is the solution!!! Last 2days I can't make any money transfer through upi. My experience with @PaytmBank is really very bad after this problem. @Paytmcare plz slove my problem ASAP 🙏🙏🙏

    @Paytmcare My query reference id is 188112454. The refund was scheduled to be processed by 10th may 2021. Till now there isn’t an update. Nor have I received any sms stating need to share bank details to get the refund. Paytm customer care isn’t responding too. What do I do now?

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I can't use my paytm post paid option on payment option for any recharge or bill payment etc. I have a IRCTC refund also can't use my money from postpaid, I call 3rd time at helpline and raise issue but steel not solv. 😑😑

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmTravelCare Raised a ticket for refund on 18th april. Till date not refund has been recieved. Everytime a fake promise is made. The last fake promise was it’ll be recieved by 10th may, 2021. Please look into the matter. Utterly disheartened by the service.

    No words to the world class app of paytm. One guy manned 24x7 support, whopping 3hrs spent connecting to the support and 30 mins explaining the issue with paytm fastag support guy, yet no service provided. I got charged double in all the toll having a valid tag. @Paytmcare
