    Toll in Cash, after Few hours I found that Rs 85 has been deducted frm my @Paytm Account by Dankuni Toll Plaza then Returning in the evening also in the Down Journey Rs 40 has been deducted again frm @Paytm ACC but I had already paid Rs 125 Up/Down Journey Toll Through Cash. [2]

    @zakir_bharti @Paytm @Paytmcare now a days we are facing lots of problems with transaction. Amount is getting deducted from the bank account but payment failed. Mere account se v paise kat gaye magar payment failed.

    @Paytm horrible service by you people. Despite of giving all the details in box you people don't even bother to response. What kind of service you people are providing can you people just explain? It has been 14 days and I didn't get my refund. Is this a joke or what?

    @Paytmcare My query reference id is 188112454. The refund was scheduled to be processed by 10th may 2021. Till now there isn’t an update. Nor have I received any sms stating need to share bank details to get the refund. Paytm customer care isn’t responding too. What do I do now?

    @nuegoindia @Paytmcare I wouldn't be traveling again with nuego. Faced serious issues first time. Work got hampered, plans got canceled and much more. The credit won't be required. Moreover, got similar or much worse feedback for nuego when discussed the same with other frequent travellers.
