I was using my UPI on Paytm Payments Bank, till it shut down. My KYC was done through my father's Pan Card, since I did not have a PAN card at that time. However since my number and my father's PAN are linked, I am unable to use UPI on any third party application. @Paytmcare help

For the record, I had reached out via chat support for help. They asked for screenshots of the coupon, which took me a few days to collect (when the same coupon appeared again) as the evidence of the coupon being used was erased by Paytm. @Paytm

Pathetic service by @Paytmcare ….My flight was cancelled by airline indigo booked via @Paytm , but paytm only refunded 4400 out of 16900INR and marked refund as success…Iam not able to talk tk customer care tooo
