Till now there isn’t an update. Nor have I received any sms stating need to share bank details to get the refund. Paytm customer care isn’t responding too. What do I do now?

And Everytime I select the seats and when I go to the payment page the website crashes. I bought your Rs. 49 Avengers Deal. But Couldn't use it due to your website issue. Everytime a fake promise is made. The last fake promise was it’ll be recieved by 10th may, 2021. Please look into the matter. Utterly disheartened by the service.
