Till now there isn’t an update. Nor have I received any sms stating need to share bank details to get the refund. Paytm customer care isn’t responding too. What do I do now?

Was my ₹500 totally forfeited??? If in next 5 days you won't refund me, you have to compensate₹100 everyday or else I'll goto consumer forum.
