AI has been deployed in the name of customer care, it is not able to handle it, will customer all die out of frustration? Your representatives from Jalgaon, Maharashtra strung us along for 2 weeks to get a damn QR code approved, took at least 25-30 OTPs, harassed ******** out of our staff and now they are asking for more documents. This led to loss of business because we had to use a personal QR code to accept payments. We are now going ahead with @PhonePe and I will make it a point to strongly recommend people to NOT use your services. Rot in hell ********.
