therewas not enough balance in paytmwallet but while doing this tans. therewas an error of unsuccessful transaction due to connectivity bt @AxisBank is saying that amt has been done and amt is credited to the desired account& @Paytm is saying that amount is notcredited to wallet

@Paytmcare What's this rubbish. You don't have an option to talk with a Customer care executive. If I raise a Ticket, it takes ages to get solved. Really feeling ashamed for using Paytm these many years. I've raised a ticket to close my POSTPAID account. But no resolution yet.
