@Paytmcare I don't think it's a problem from paytm, there are 3 types of meters in @mspdcl_manipur, in which only secure meters are valid to pay through paytm, thank you for your response, need the same response from @mspdcl_manipur

Wow, it's been 2 months and no one is willing to help with my refund @alibaba_cloud @Paytm it has been a horrendous experience. Have some courage and be accountable. I need my refund.

Hey @Paytmcare It's becoming more difficult for the users to connect with customer care executive to address the issue. I don't see anywhere to raise a query related to metro card recharge. Please make it specific in options to complain in no time rather creating confusion.
