@Paytmcare I don't think it's a problem from paytm, there are 3 types of meters in @mspdcl_manipur, in which only secure meters are valid to pay through paytm, thank you for your response, need the same response from @mspdcl_manipur

Wow, it's been 2 months and no one is willing to help with my refund @alibaba_cloud @Paytm it has been a horrendous experience. Have some courage and be accountable. I need my refund.

@Paytm I will try to improve the customer support section. As no one knows, how to treat and how to solve.. A simple issue/complain take 1 month to be resolved.

@Paytm I would think to tie up with credit card company like amazon and Flipkart and try to try to give discount on that credit card so the use of paytm would increase and also customer will be happy

@Paytm Paytm UPI & Wallet option is too confusing. Will make 2 tab option, 1st UPI & Wallet Settings & 2nd Service. Make UPI option on 1st screen without changing Tab or searching for Setting option in App.
