  @Paytmcare I don't think it's a problem from paytm, there are 3 types of meters in @mspdcl_manipur, in which only secure meters are valid to pay through paytm, thank you for your response, need the same response from @mspdcl_manipur

  @Paytmcare what rubbish service u r providing to a customers i just open paytm bank and see how to order paytm debit card within a sec without any pin and security order placed and also there is no cancelation i want to cancel my debit card and reorder to another address...!!
