  @Paytmcare I don't think it's a problem from paytm, there are 3 types of meters in @mspdcl_manipur, in which only secure meters are valid to pay through paytm, thank you for your response, need the same response from @mspdcl_manipur

  @Paytm @vijayshekhar I have applied for BC Agent and pass test of BC but for my mistake and confusion 9999 plans are suggested by your PBB but i have confused 999 then my plan is activated 9999 due to confusion. please help me to change BC plan 9897708386
