  @Paytmcare I don't think it's a problem from paytm, there are 3 types of meters in @mspdcl_manipur, in which only secure meters are valid to pay through paytm, thank you for your response, need the same response from @mspdcl_manipur

  I paid my Rajasthan PHED water bill on 26 Jan via Paytm. Payment was successful and amount was debited, but the same bill has been generated again and still showing unpaid. Paytm support not giving proper resolution. Please check and update payment urgently @Paytm @Paytmcare
