@Paytmcare I don't think it's a problem from paytm, there are 3 types of meters in @mspdcl_manipur, in which only secure meters are valid to pay through paytm, thank you for your response, need the same response from @mspdcl_manipur

@Paytm Now why have you started charging convenience fee. Without notifying the customer s. 2022 when i am paying via paytm payment bank. its definite i wont be using paytm its unethical.likewise many will there is nothing extraordinary you are providing.

@paytmbankcare Just no use. I had sent number via DM still there had been no constructive reply only the same reply (automated or what?) To go to 24x 7 helpline. Now I got an email saying there's a login to the account from another device. Please do not use @Paytm if you wish for safety.

@nsitharaman @PMOIndia @Paytmcare I purchased Paytm first ship of Rs 899 and after that my wallet was freezed by Paytm. I don't take facilities of this. So I have logged my concern to Paytm 24x7 with Ticket ID 3178679136 on 17-05-22. But still now Paytm didn't solve my problem.
