PayTm bank e-mandate do not work and finance company charge me incorrectly. The loan is issued from PayTm’s lander Hero FinCrop, when I connect with care they said we do not any department to handle any issue regarding the LOAN. @Paytmcare @Paytm @TechCrunch

And the customer care say you can navigate to 27x7 Support, but there is no category available for personal loan and paytm bank. Please help. Else I will file a case, cuz your system do not work well and there is no support available. @Paytm @Paytmcare @FinancialTimes
