    @Paytm there is a bug in UI, I tried to raise the bug on bugbounty but couldn’t due to some issue. Tried calling your support. Couldn’t get a solution.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm worst customer support can't connect to your team.and didnt get reply on mail ,twitter or paytm help support menu. I can't solve my issue for 2 weeks. Where to contact?

    @Paytm I was making a UPI transaction of 9700rs and the the transaction has failed but the money was debited from my bank account UPI reference number 208000439392 ... Please solve my issue and refund the amount .. it was very crucial transaction an need this money in urgency

    @TheBigGeek @vijayshekhar @Paytm Yeah recently onboarded with PayTM - gateway engine is excellent but rest of the UX stack for the merchant is more than a decade behind. - Principal issue I have is not being able to trigger refunds from my website dashboard. I have to manually find payments and then refund each on the merchant dashboard. - No refund balance facility, Razorpay allows us to load money and keep for refunds. For eg: I have ₹10k always available for instant refunds on Razorpay.

    Booked a flight from Navi Mumbai (NMI) ➝ Patna (PAT). Got my ticket and somehow it says Chhatrapati Shivaji (BOM) ➝ Patna instead Pretty sure I didn't select BOM. Is this an app glitch or has anyone else experienced this? @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare No response on calls or support tickets. Cancellation isn’t working and my refund amount keeps decreasing. Resolve this immediately or I’ll proceed with a consumer complaint. @Paytm @Paytmcare
