    @Paytm there is a bug in UI, I tried to raise the bug on bugbounty but couldn’t due to some issue. Tried calling your support. Couldn’t get a solution.

    @Paytmcare I ordered a product from paytm mall and got it delivered on 24 june, the product is damaged and also not the same product that i ordered. Uptill now on the paytm app its status is still 'shipped'. How am i supposed to initiate return or replacement. Pls help.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmCybercell Your customer support is worst. I’m facing this issue from last 15 days. I paid full amount directly to the HFCL team for closing my loan account. My loan is still showing. I contacted support via email, call & tweet, didn’t get any response yet
