@Paytm there is a bug in UI, I tried to raise the bug on bugbounty but couldn’t due to some issue. Tried calling your support. Couldn’t get a solution.

What a pathetic customer service. My fathers ticket 3269321402 is not appropriately responded despite follow ups.His wallet balance of INR 35000/- is showing zero due to new account creation linked to his mobile number and no one at Paytm is bothered to resolve @Paytm @Paytmcare

@GabbbarSingh @Paytm @paytmbankcare has horrible BOT driven customer service, will take you weeks to resolve simple issues. They kept KYC mandatory for their wallet use initially which didn’t go down well with many customers.
