  @IRCTCofficial @indianrail @PiyushGoyal We should begin an online portal for unreserved tickets and platform tickets. It wouldn't even require a login/account. Just click, purchase and download. Could be done in collaboration with @Paytm @goibibo @makemytrip. (1/2)

  @Paytmcare I am not sure why the app doesn’t have a customer care center with huge consumer base. It is so difficult to get a resolution from you guys. While I was making payments for Paytm Postpaid using UPI yesterday as it was last day and it didn’t work. 1/3
