@IRCTCofficial @indianrail @PiyushGoyal We should begin an online portal for unreserved tickets and platform tickets. It wouldn't even require a login/account. Just click, purchase and download. Could be done in collaboration with @Paytm @goibibo @makemytrip. (1/2)

@Paytm #Paytm has the worst customer support. I booked flight tickets through paytm last year which got cancelled due to covid. Airlines have refunded the amount to paytm but paytm is not ready to process my refund.

Latest @Paytm IOS V9.4.0(5045) is a buggy version! When you use #UPI payment method during payment time it stuck for infinite time and won't tell you whats going on..! Hello @Paytmcare don't come and ask for the issue. You figure it out. I am able get it resolved for myself!
