@IRCTCofficial @indianrail @PiyushGoyal We should begin an online portal for unreserved tickets and platform tickets. It wouldn't even require a login/account. Just click, purchase and download. Could be done in collaboration with @Paytm @goibibo @makemytrip. (1/2)

@Paytmcare Please let me know where shall I get my registered Paytm number and how to send it via DM. However, my registered mobile No. is 9434044082. I drawn your attention to this about 2 months ago. Mail and counter mail is continuing with 24×7 helpline and they are avoiding the issue.

@Paytmcare my 3 fasttag accounts are not working inspite of have a large balance on my Paytm account. Reached out to customer care several times, but only confronted with rude and incompetent people. Refer to the attachment. Ended up paying double toll worth 1.5K as penalty.

@Paytm @Paytmcare very poor customer support from Paytm, Had done a rent payment of 45000 but still it's not deposited in landlords account. It's still under process from last 2 days, order id 15887027738, no customer support, on name of 24x7 support there is predefined robot.
