@IRCTCofficial @indianrail @PiyushGoyal We should begin an online portal for unreserved tickets and platform tickets. It wouldn't even require a login/account. Just click, purchase and download. Could be done in collaboration with @Paytm @goibibo @makemytrip. (1/2)

@Paytmcare Please let me know where shall I get my registered Paytm number and how to send it via DM. However, my registered mobile No. is 9434044082. I drawn your attention to this about 2 months ago. Mail and counter mail is continuing with 24×7 helpline and they are avoiding the issue.

Hi Paytm i am facing a issue regarding the KYC, i am using paytm from 4-5years with updated KYC. i was unable to use wallet contacted customer service they said you need to do KYC again. I done KYC again from the centre but still its not updated in the system.@Paytm @Paytmcare
