@IRCTCofficial @indianrail @PiyushGoyal We should begin an online portal for unreserved tickets and platform tickets. It wouldn't even require a login/account. Just click, purchase and download. Could be done in collaboration with @Paytm @goibibo @makemytrip. (1/2)

Worst experience on bus tickets booking from @Paytm booked a bus ticket bus was broken down in night 2 am it was stand still till next day till 3 pm .....and then they dropped at different locations more than 30 kilometers Now asking support no response from paytm @Paytmcare
