@IRCTCofficial @indianrail @PiyushGoyal We should begin an online portal for unreserved tickets and platform tickets. It wouldn't even require a login/account. Just click, purchase and download. Could be done in collaboration with @Paytm @goibibo @makemytrip. (1/2)

@Paytm @PaytmBank, its been a month almost where your team has failed to suggest a solution to an issue, they don’t even reply on time. There is no medium to talk to your executives either, not sure, why you guys haven’t shared customer care numbers.
