@IRCTCofficial @indianrail @PiyushGoyal We should begin an online portal for unreserved tickets and platform tickets. It wouldn't even require a login/account. Just click, purchase and download. Could be done in collaboration with @Paytm @goibibo @makemytrip. (1/2)

@Paytmcare I have tried through every possible way. I got only one call from paytm and stating that I can't call customer care I only have to text through paytm 24×7 but they never respond and only a system generated messege appears on screen.
