@IRCTCofficial @indianrail @PiyushGoyal We should begin an online portal for unreserved tickets and platform tickets. It wouldn't even require a login/account. Just click, purchase and download. Could be done in collaboration with @Paytm @goibibo @makemytrip. (1/2)

@Paytm it is highly disappointing that your customer service is not responding accurately and few numbers are out of service, one of my friends money has got transferred to some other account with the same UPI id . So we urge you to resolve this .
