@IRCTCofficial @indianrail @PiyushGoyal We should begin an online portal for unreserved tickets and platform tickets. It wouldn't even require a login/account. Just click, purchase and download. Could be done in collaboration with @Paytm @goibibo @makemytrip. (1/2)

@Paytmcare Still the issue hasn't been resolved. If you can't get the refund from airline then stop providing flight tickets from your platform. Will not transact from Paytm anymore.

@Paytmcare @Paytm booked a flight, which was cancelled due to lockdown. I requested for refund since jan 2021 and all they can provide me with is a new complaint number. Paytm is used to be a trusted app. But due to some recent events, i have some major trust issues.
