@Paytmcare Please let me know where shall I get my registered Paytm number and how to send it via DM. However, my registered mobile No. is 9434044082. I drawn your attention to this about 2 months ago. Mail and counter mail is continuing with 24×7 helpline and they are avoiding the issue.

@IRCTCofficial @indianrail @PiyushGoyal We should begin an online portal for unreserved tickets and platform tickets. It wouldn't even require a login/account. Just click, purchase and download. Could be done in collaboration with @Paytm @goibibo @makemytrip. (1/2)

@Paytm is so **** that ,they suggested me for an upgrade (savings to current )they said it’ll be done within 20 mins and it’s been 15 days and I got no update on it ,when I tried to contact customer service line and asked for closing my account they didn’t respond at all #paytm

@Paytmcare @Paytm Sir I was trying to cancel my bus ticket but was unable to do so so I contacted the customer care on 12 oct 2022 for the same and they told me that I'm eligible for the refund of 80% of original amount and the date of travel was of yesterday i.e. 15 oct 2022
