@Paytmcare Please let me know where shall I get my registered Paytm number and how to send it via DM. However, my registered mobile No. is 9434044082. I drawn your attention to this about 2 months ago. Mail and counter mail is continuing with 24×7 helpline and they are avoiding the issue.

@Paytmcare @Paytmcare the very worst customer care I have ever called From June 22 I complained about sound box problem they are answering only 3 options 1-4 to 5 working days 2-24 hrs call back 3-high light the problem But till now my box not working but charge will be debited

@Paytm @Paytmcare @MediBuddyapp tried to book a consultation twice from Paytm app. Payment got deducted twice, but consultation wasn't booked. On calling medibuddy helpline they say take it up with Paytm, Paytm support says take it up with medibuddy... Such a bad experience
