@IRCTCofficial @indianrail @PiyushGoyal We should begin an online portal for unreserved tickets and platform tickets. It wouldn't even require a login/account. Just click, purchase and download. Could be done in collaboration with @Paytm @goibibo @makemytrip. (1/2)

@Paytmcare Please let me know where shall I get my registered Paytm number and how to send it via DM. However, my registered mobile No. is 9434044082. I drawn your attention to this about 2 months ago. Mail and counter mail is continuing with 24×7 helpline and they are avoiding the issue.

Congratulations, @Paytm got a go-ahead for India’s biggest IPO. One thing we must learn from @vijayshekhar is - do not rest until you get product right and act on continuous feedback. Also, he solves customer’s service requests - very few CEOs find time to do this.

@Paytmcare I have fastag acct.when I opened Paytm app today I couldn't find fastag info and balance info. I contacted customer care they said I clicked on new acct which they will rectify. Now I am being asked for big list of docs. I want my old acct and balance back.
