@Paytmcare Please let me know where shall I get my registered Paytm number and how to send it via DM. However, my registered mobile No. is 9434044082. I drawn your attention to this about 2 months ago. Mail and counter mail is continuing with 24×7 helpline and they are avoiding the issue.

@IRCTCofficial @indianrail @PiyushGoyal We should begin an online portal for unreserved tickets and platform tickets. It wouldn't even require a login/account. Just click, purchase and download. Could be done in collaboration with @Paytm @goibibo @makemytrip. (1/2)

@Paytm @Paytmcare I have minimum kyc account and i added 4000 rs today but not able to transfer the money in other person wallet. Asking me to do complete kyc. Ticket no. 3131420301 Customer support is replying dummy message and closing the ticket. @vijayshekhar -m not happy !

Hey @Paytm i had booked a bus ticket from Delhi to deoria on 4th November but bus didn't reach boarding point so i had to cancel it.I m yet to receive refund amount despite contacting ur support many times
