@Paytmcare Please let me know where shall I get my registered Paytm number and how to send it via DM. However, my registered mobile No. is 9434044082. I drawn your attention to this about 2 months ago. Mail and counter mail is continuing with 24×7 helpline and they are avoiding the issue.

@IRCTCofficial @indianrail @PiyushGoyal We should begin an online portal for unreserved tickets and platform tickets. It wouldn't even require a login/account. Just click, purchase and download. Could be done in collaboration with @Paytm @goibibo @makemytrip. (1/2)

Looks like @paytm is not interested in resolving my issue. Is there an ombudsman that one can escalate the matter to. @Paytmcare keeps ignoring and my queries by sending same responses again and again. No attempt to even understand the real issue.
