@IRCTCofficial @indianrail @PiyushGoyal We should begin an online portal for unreserved tickets and platform tickets. It wouldn't even require a login/account. Just click, purchase and download. Could be done in collaboration with @Paytm @goibibo @makemytrip. (1/2)

Don't purchase any product @Paytm I have received wrong product from @Paytm therefore I raised request return the product same day under Paytm 7 days return policy but request cancelled again and again by courier partner. Please resolve my issue. #Paytm

@Paytm strange but true. Received empty packets but no way to contact paytm customer care on phone. Absolutely no way. It was my 1st order ever. No one to listen even. Hope this message goes to correct ears. Never had such experience with Amazon

Paytm not refund money to customer. I booked saikrupa travels bus ticket on Paytm last month .BOOKING ID=13395840507.bus was cancelled. I talk to saikrupa travels they say you contact to travel agent.i do message many times to Paytm but they don't reply @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytm there is no way to connect with your executive plz remove the 24*7 link from your app.... tried DM as well but no luck..late delivery is not an issue during restrictions but there is no way to contact your support team for query resolution #customerexperience
