    @IRCTCofficial @indianrail @PiyushGoyal We should begin an online portal for unreserved tickets and platform tickets. It wouldn't even require a login/account. Just click, purchase and download. Could be done in collaboration with @Paytm @goibibo @makemytrip. (1/2)

    @Paytmcare @Paytm Waiting for refund on booking ID 10202265376, ref- 197232892. On August 31, support team indicated that a refund will be provided in 7-10 working days. Still waiting for the refund for the last 100 days. No positive outcome from call with customer care

    @Paytmcare I know what you are going to say after i elaborate my concern. Sir we understand your problem but we can't do anything because its from your bank side. Everytime if i transfer money using paytm upi it always get stuck.

    @Paytmcare Please help. 1) I tried to change upi pin by entering Debit card but failed, tried with old pin entering and making new one , not working , cant access bank ac,says exceed limits.. 2) Moreover please dont close my @Paytm account.

    @vikayshekhar @Paytm I really wanted to let you know what pathetic customer service and processes you have. I recently installed PAYTM app on my wife’s phone and got the KYC done. To begin with KYC got completed but due to some reason PAN Card did not get linked
