@IRCTCofficial @indianrail @PiyushGoyal We should begin an online portal for unreserved tickets and platform tickets. It wouldn't even require a login/account. Just click, purchase and download. Could be done in collaboration with @Paytm @goibibo @makemytrip. (1/2)

@Paytm @Paytmcare I requested for a fastag closure on 7th October. Customer care told, it would take 3 days. After 5 days and a social media post only, you proceeded with it. Now you want me to wait 3 more days? Horrible app, customer care and worst attitude towards customers.
