@IRCTCofficial @indianrail @PiyushGoyal We should begin an online portal for unreserved tickets and platform tickets. It wouldn't even require a login/account. Just click, purchase and download. Could be done in collaboration with @Paytm @goibibo @makemytrip. (1/2)

@Paytmcare Worst service. You'll give an option to pay electricity bills, payment gets deducted from the bank account but the status shows as failed and then a message pops up that PAYTM does not take responsibility of the payment. Do not make payments through PAYTM.

@Paytm Worst service. Better delete my account. First you will enter my name wrong and you ask for kyc when I give correct kyc document you will say name mismatch and reject it. I cannot reach customer care. Even if we reach they won't respond properly for days. Ticket-3211685490

@Paytmcare I renewed my vehicle insurance (Order ID 19008739466)through Paytm but received policy with wrong period. Cont avlbl only thru email so sent mail, got response that call me back in 24-48 hrs but 5 days now, sent many follow up but no response. Can u help?? #paytm
