@IRCTCofficial @indianrail @PiyushGoyal We should begin an online portal for unreserved tickets and platform tickets. It wouldn't even require a login/account. Just click, purchase and download. Could be done in collaboration with @Paytm @goibibo @makemytrip. (1/2)

@Paytm it was so disheartening that I tried to book Air ticket for 5 days in a row & unable to do so due to App/web issues.. Even calling to support did not help... Finally booked tickets from other app. Worst experience! Never expected!

Pathetic Service from Paytm. Bought a voucher online on the evening of 15 Sep 21. Amount deducted but didn't get the voucher ID till date. Message sent to Customer Care but not resolve till date. No proper response. Worst automated customer care service @Paytm @ConsumerCom
