@IRCTCofficial @indianrail @PiyushGoyal We should begin an online portal for unreserved tickets and platform tickets. It wouldn't even require a login/account. Just click, purchase and download. Could be done in collaboration with @Paytm @goibibo @makemytrip. (1/2)

@vijayshekhar @Paytm I complaint to paytm customer care for regarding refund process 22 Oct 2021 customer care 30 days time limit. But more than 30 day above. But didn't get refund till now. Agency maybe still sleeping more than 50 times complaint but not responding. Only promises refund soon.

I did a UPI transaction through @Paytm on 16th nov to pay my credit card bill but it did not reflected in my credit card app. So I reached them through their chat support and they said that the transaction is failed, contact your bank. @PaytmBank
