@IRCTCofficial @indianrail @PiyushGoyal We should begin an online portal for unreserved tickets and platform tickets. It wouldn't even require a login/account. Just click, purchase and download. Could be done in collaboration with @Paytm @goibibo @makemytrip. (1/2)

@Paytmcare Please let me know where shall I get my registered Paytm number and how to send it via DM. However, my registered mobile No. is 9434044082. I drawn your attention to this about 2 months ago. Mail and counter mail is continuing with 24×7 helpline and they are avoiding the issue.

@Paytmcare Worst service from Paytm.The call get transferred to the customer executive after an hour of wait.Secondly they do nothing to resolve the issue. Actually they do not know to resolve it. They just keep reading what is displaying on the screen.Pathetic service
