    @Paytm and @vijayshekhar doesn't care about their customers. It have been following up since more than 7 days for my money added to wallet. Ticket ID: 3229733825. CSA won't even care to reply. Would @Paytm accept this delay, if customer has issue for paying postpaid bill? Never!

    @Paytm ordered paytm card machine on 28th of September and at that time delivery was showing on 17th of October, but till date I didn't received my order and also called at customer care service but no positive response from their side.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I paid my insurance premium using paytm on 22 Oct, but still haven't received any mail from IIFCO. I can't reach out to customer care as well, there is no option provided. Order id is 19418166327. And pls improve ur customer care service.

    @Paytm Hi Paytm team! Improvisation is good but keeping off your customers is not!! It’s really hard to connect with your support team!! FYI I am leaving Paytm for my utility bills, could not do anything with the pathetically planned app.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I wanted to pay my utility bill, which I do already. Priority is a big word that I suppose you should use as a basic thing of connecting with your support is not possible. Try fixing your own things and talk about priorities. It’s a shame @vijayshekhar

    @apsrtctweetteam @apsrtc I had booked the Amravati bus from bangalore to Tirupati. It has been more than one hour from the scheduled departure. There is no way to contact the driver or any other officer. Extremely bad service. Booked the ticket via @Paytm. Kindly Support.
