    Booked a flight on Paytm and had to cancel getting a refund has been a nightmare. No real customer support, just a useless chatbot that goes in circles with no resolution. No option to talk to an actual person. If you value your time and money, think 2.@Paytmcare @Paytm

    @Paytmcare I am unable to view my balance in my Paytm Payment bank Acct. After uninstall and reinstall of the app, now I am unable to login at all. Error reads technical reason try after some time. What is going on?? @vijayshekhar @Paytm

    @NHAI_Official @Paytm @Paytmcare PayTM App has been completely useless for days now. Can’t check FASTag balance, can’t close, can’t even recharge. Customer care keeps repeating the “technical issue” excuse with no timeline or solution. This is extremely frustrating & unacceptable

    @Paytm sold me a 20k worth gift card for MakeMyTrip valid for 1 year but it was blocked because of technical glitch since Oct 25(record showed redeemed at Lenskart 5k worth). They fixed this two days before expiry date (6th April) and now don’t want to take any responsibility .
