@Paytmcare I have made a purchase on flipkart using third party offer of paytm. By which, by paying minimum 250 rs, I was supposed to get cashback of 25 rs, its been 3 days, I haven't received it yet! I'm unable to talk to any customer representative. Please help!

@Paytm @PaytmTickets worst customer care service.from few days in app it is showing kyc pending when I try to do kyc it shows kyc already done.I am not able to add balance to fasttag or paytm wallet due to this issue.I need to travel after few days so paytm will pay my toll tax

Unable to complete KYC since a week, couldn’t add money to wallet( since wallet is freezed) had to pay 4x the usual amount at toll gates cause my FASTag didn’t have enough balance. Contacted customer care to no avail. Pathetic service @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm
