    @Paytmcare Team, I need to surrender my PayTM FastTag linked to my car that I sold. ManageFastTag optionon your app is non-functional. Your 24*7 support has no option to log a ticket or request. What should I do?

    @Paytmcare I’m trying my best to get one of y’all to help me on every social media platform but it’s taking ages to get it sorted with one person. Convenience fee is non refundable is something you’ve been saying but aren’t there exceptions to it especially when it’s not the customer

    @Paytm i have been paying from paytm at indian oil petrol pumps because of the xtra rewards tie up between paytm and indian oil and i had been getting regular points but 4th October onwards even though i am paying from paytm my rewards in xtra rewards are not getting updated,Help
