    @SirImranAhmad @SahilBulla @Paytm Absolutely true. Phonepe's UI and mode of customer support (ticketing system) is so convenient, compared to other UPI based apps. But the fact is, I never got a chance to raise a ticket on Phonepe. Haha..

    @Paytm needs to drastically improve its CRM infra to be world class - it had 15 mins of non sense chat with a bot that didn't help but thanked me for my time and I had enter 15 digits on call in number before a human spoke !

    @Paytmcare 1228/- deducted from my account without receiving any OTP . It shows Filpkart Order ID PZT2111041645NYNI101 and Transaction ID 37006039009. This transaction not done by me. Now Paytm not taking any action. I was trusted on Paytm please help
