@Paytmcare Paytm fastag does not have temporary activate/Deactivate option at customer end. Kindly provide this option at customer end to safe guard money kept in Paytm fastag.

@Paytmcare one of my relative has this problem, he didnt pass through any toll, but still the amount got deducted, no revert coming through the concern raised through app. Order id- 1550294379 Date- 1-12-2022 Time- 6.24 PM Gaduri Toll, no one took the car there

@Paytmcare is so irresponsible and pathetic in services. They just ask to dm your issues and then never reply or look into it. They are not replying on the open tickets on @Paytm app and they are not letting me talk to any agent over phone call.

@Paytm service standard of yours are very poor. I complained about sound box issue on 26th sep but till today issue stands unresolved. Called customer care multiple times but still the status is as it is. I made big mistake by choosing you as a business partner.

@PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare will you guys ever fix my issue? Please waive the incorrect charges on the soundbox as it was charged when I was not using it and the delivery agent had picked it up. But I was still charged for two months! I want to close my account permanently!
