    @Paytm @Paytmcare Again major billing issue with paytm postpaid. Every month I am facing these. App showing to pay Rs 500 but transactions done of only Rs 100. And why every month charging high convenience fee?? Please resolve the issue asap or will uninstall paytm altogether

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar, amount debited from wallet and not credited to the merchant. Ur help centre assured to resolve in 4 hrs, it's been 48 hours no response. Ur call centre is more pathetic.

    @Paytm Very Poor Customer Service by Paytm. I have changed my device with same Mobile number which is already EKYC with Paytm, Wallet balance,Fastag bal etc. But they have deleted my old account... Although my mobile number 9315533330 are the same but not showing any bal etc....

    @Paytmcare I have registered complaint of paytm payment bank linked with this number Friday. Till now this is not resolve. Every time I said, Iwant to close new account and renew older one and I also provide documents. Please solve my problem
