@simpleriyaz @Paytm @Paytmcare The only thing, I will add here that you are idiot. Very plain and simple. OTP can be generated by anyone. The Customer Care guys can bypass the details to their friends. So stop here. Never share OTP to anybody over call or msg. Ask for written communication.

@ManojSa03567255 @Paytm Seems like @Paytm is fooling everyone. I am facing a similar issue. Their customer care executive first confirms that the late fee charges will be waived off, then again they call next day asking to clear the dues ignoring everything what was communicated earlier.
