I still cannot transfer my account to new mobile number, and your App pushes us to Tele caller and Tele option back to App, if you were to offer this low level of customer support, you would have been sued by millions. Hope less service #GoodByPayTM @Paytmcare

And somuch time and multiple call attempts (your tele support diverts us to App and app pushes us to Tele), if you were to offer this kind of service in any Western countries you would have been sued with high penalties @Paytmcare

@Paytm I tried to reach out to customer care, which is impossible in paytm. I have charged with Rs.549/- for postapaid which i forget to paid just a delay of 1day. I was in tension since three months that my father was fallen sick and he is no more now. I need a waiver off.

It since more than 1 week i can't break my fixed deposit ,i can't withdraw money from my @Paytm savings account.i called coustomer care so many times and they said it's happening because of kyc issues,and after that I fixed the kyc thing from my side ,but still i can't withdraw
