Requesting @UPI_NPCI to Collaborate with @bank_andhra to fix the technical issue of UPI of Andhra Bank at the earliest.

Multiple followups have not resulted in any update. Kindly look into this on priority and process the refund at the earliest. Pls provide a status update.

I reached the boarding point at 2:00PM but the driver informed me the bus had already left at 1:30PM due to an “issue.” No prior call SMS or notification was sent. Yet my refund has been denied twice.
