    @Paytmcare Hi, I have booked flight tkts with you guys and refund still not received. Booking ID 12448555841 and the PNR PS7ADS.. as per your customer support refund as been done by vistara but due to technical issue they are unable to process my full refund amout back to my a/c

    @Paytm I tried to reach out to customer care, which is impossible in paytm. I have charged with Rs.549/- for postapaid which i forget to paid just a delay of 1day. I was in tension since three months that my father was fallen sick and he is no more now. I need a waiver off.

    @dhanicares Need help with regards to cancelation/refund of payment made towards Dhani One Freedom.. Reason : Services are not worth using. The same type of service is provided by "@Paytm postpaid" without any fee.

    @Paytmcare I have made a transaction of ₹2000 using Rent on Credit card option. The transaction was failed and the amount is deducted. Please help on this issue. I am try to reach customer care, its been 25 mins on the call,it still says they are attending other customers.

    Hai PaytmBank, I have been trying to complete my full KYC to avail banking services. In view of New update, i visited several KYC points but they're all saying service not available right now! Either settle this issue or give permission to complete in mobiles @PaytmBank @Paytm

    @Paytm @Paytmcare what is the service charge for rent payments using credit card? Why are you guys looting public money soo much that your company is losing your customers in every aspect!!! You say according to usage pattern. That doesn't make any sense at all.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I am were happy using Paytm, but it's very annoying by seeing the add as soon as I open my App. It is almost taking 20sec to display home page and sometimes I need to refresh my cache and need to reopen it again. Can you look into this issue.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I am sorry but I don't have a booking id from paytm as the ticket wasn't booked on paytm! I booked it directly on IRCTC and made payment through Paytm payment gateway! My issue is regarding that refund! Kindly contact me on above given number for better clarity

    @PaytmBusiness still my issue not resolved. Dont buy Paytm soundbox it is fake boxe after 1 month you used it is not working @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness team has not respond . I am facing this issue from past 1 month still my issue not resolved.simply they told not serviceable .

    @Paytm @vijayshekhar @mdeora1 Your app. Is not working. For several months the app stopped showing the UPI lite balance. Not would it allow using the UPI lite balance for transactions. 2 days ago, all UPI transactions stopped working. All you do is raise tickets and keep buying time, week after week !

    I booked a flight ticket on paytm with confirmation but today I received a mail from indigo that my ticket is cancelled and when I contacted indigo they told, ticket has been cancelled from agency end i.e, paytm. How this company harassing customer mentally.@Paytm @DGCAIndia

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I'm facing an issue from today while making any payment there's is a warning of malicious App found which can be used by fraudster to steal your money, Although I'm using other upi apps smoothly even I run a full scan by Kaspersky premium but still this persists

    Trying to repay my Paytm Postpaid loan but your system keeps showing “Incorrect details entered” despite using correct details. Due to this, overdue charges and credit score impact may happen because of your technical issue. Resolve this urgently. @abcapital @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare Payment to cab driver was stuck on “Pending”, so I transferred the amount to his other bank account. After 3-4 hours, the pending Paytm payment also got completed. Now I’ve paid twice for one ride and support isn’t helping. Please resolve this issue.
