@Paytmcare more than 3 months since raised request to customer care and made 10-12 calls, more than 25 days since posted on twitter and if you are still asking for more time then be assured, will loose your customers, then you will get ample time to listen to your remaining customer if any?

@Paytmcare Most disgusting service. I have been raising my concerns for my refund which has already been cleared by the airline and PAYTM has still not cleared it. It has been 2 months now. The call center is so clueless of all my concerns. Will never dare to book a ticket through PAYTM.

@Paytm I had done payment of my e tickets by Paytm upi but as train not touched station I filed TDR and amount refunded by @IRCTCofficial on 20 mar 21 but is not credited in my bank account and iam trying to contact customer care but not been able to @Paytm please help.
