@Paytmcare Once again ,I can see late fee is waived off ,hence copy pasting. The issue is different here if you have not read the matter, please do so now . The charge is waived off but blocked by aditya Birla lending services, of course they see my account as a defaulter @AdityaBirlaGrp

and now existing clients stopped using the sim and because of no recharge sim card and service has been stopped permanently and then you are allotting that no to new clients if existing client has created a @Paytm account with the same no and the haven't deleted that account

@Paytmcare The reply stated doesn't meet the requirement of resolving the issue and trust me Paytm should move out from ticket booking as they don't have a good bandwidth with it.
