    @VermaTrvels @Paytm Traveling from Bhopal to Pune on a Verma Travels multi axel Volvo bus booked from Paytm. AC in the bus is NOT working, all passengers are troubled due to heat and suffocation. Are you able to provide any help/relief?

    This has always been an issue with @Paytm @Paytmcare You ask "chat with us" and then there is just automated responses. How do you expect us to talk to a machine for a genuine complaint/issue?
