Based on my experience never and ever use @CRED_club for rent payment and any other transaction because I pay rent past 48hrs back still I didn't get any response, for @CRED_support customer care services not available, better we use for rent pay @Paytm is the one of the best

Dear @vijayshekhar Ji... I made a transaction on 31st March, amount was deducted from my #PayTM acc. Status was PENDING till den until today it changed to FAILED. Didn't get da refund yet, so if I'm in emergency wat u think I should do, WAIT for working days. @Paytm @PaytmBank

@Paytmcare I havent got any call from paytm @Paytmcare @Paytm i m very old and loyal customer of yours and earlier i never got any issue regarding the support. But now there is no channel verbal or written where we can raise any issue, if the issue is not mentioned in the given options.
