@NPCI_NPCI if payment stuck in UPI apps like @Paytm @PhonePe... Apps refund them after 2/3 days then who use that payment for three days. Why we can't solve that problem instantly? It's so painful to not get refund that money in emergency need.

Hi @PaytmBank @Paytmcare @Paytm It's been 2 years since you blocked my Paytm bank account and no action since then. If you find the suspicious transaction amount credited to my account, you can block that amount. But freezing my hard earned money is not at all acceptable.

When customer care = only a chatbot that can’t resolve issues, and there’s no phone or email support, it’s a problem. AI should assist humans, not replace access to them. @Paytm @Paytmcare Just wondering if the @rbi and other agencies are sleeping over this fact?

@Paytmcare Hey paytm care your service is not good I had order paytm sound box. Which cost me monthly rent of 145rs . I don't use it from last 9 month because of battery isue. And money has been deducted 3-4 times( bina mtlb kae ). and there is no way to contact the customer
