@NPCI_NPCI if payment stuck in UPI apps like @Paytm @PhonePe... Apps refund them after 2/3 days then who use that payment for three days. Why we can't solve that problem instantly? It's so painful to not get refund that money in emergency need.

@Paytm @Paytmcare Already complaint on email but still pending my refund, Ticket-22065765805, Bus from lucknow-delhi on 21-3-22, Paytm given excuse of their Policy not expected I will take legal action against Paytm, such a bad customer experience with Paytm & Bus Operator..

@Paytm Had made a payment of Rs 3555 towards WEST BENGAL STATE ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION COMPANY LIMITED on 12:31 AM 28 February 2022. Even after a month, the money has not been credited to my WBSEDCL account and the amount is not reflected on WBSEDCL’s website. Please REFUND.
