@NPCI_NPCI if payment stuck in UPI apps like @Paytm @PhonePe... Apps refund them after 2/3 days then who use that payment for three days. Why we can't solve that problem instantly? It's so painful to not get refund that money in emergency need.

@Paytmcare But This flight got cancelled and in such cases other airlines have refunded the whole amount including GST and convenience fee.. and your customer support also told me that i will get full 100 percent refund within 30 days. Instead of 30 days you took 4 months, still incomplete.
