@Paytmcare For same issue on 24 jan 2020 ref id154807153, you replied my paytm account is not fully kyc compliant. Now when it is kyc compliant, you are saying you cannot transfer fasttag. Then demap the fasttag from previous mobile so that i can buy new.

My @Paytm wallet is frozen for last one week on account of expiration of 1-year aadhaar KYC limit as per @RBI guidelines. Despite video KYC done via Paytm app no recipe since a week. @Paytmcare via app seems to be broken. Pathetic. Never expected from Paytm.

@Paytm and @PhonePe_ upi are fast. Tried to google pay today. Transaction is processing lol. @GooglePayIndia works like a tortoise Google does. Always had this problem, which is why I don't use it much.

@Paytmcare Paytm is a very poor service. It is very useless. I booked a ticket in it. The air ticket failed, but the payment was cut. The payment has not yet arrived in the account. But the message is that your payment has been refunded.
