@NPCI_NPCI if payment stuck in UPI apps like @Paytm @PhonePe... Apps refund them after 2/3 days then who use that payment for three days. Why we can't solve that problem instantly? It's so painful to not get refund that money in emergency need.

@Paytmcare and @Paytm — honestly your 24 x 7 support is a sham. Neither can I reach the support executives nor can I find any support in the app. You have lost my 20K refund from the @Razorpay and after all the details shared and countless emails, still no hope in sight.
