@NPCI_NPCI if payment stuck in UPI apps like @Paytm @PhonePe... Apps refund them after 2/3 days then who use that payment for three days. Why we can't solve that problem instantly? It's so painful to not get refund that money in emergency need.

@deepigoyal @vijayshekhar @Paytm Zomato can not become profitable by disabling the customer care chat option. Zomato customer care has become useless. They started closing the tickets without even understanding the concern. Restaurants are taking due advantage of it by serving stale/leftovers foods.

@Paytm payment failed from UPI lite and not refunded to me. You AI suggesting to connect with bank. When amount is in your wallet how bank will help. Tell me how bank is between all this. I am geeting same msg whenever trying to raise issue since 1st June. No solution at all.

@Paytmcare @Paytm i had used ur payment gateway in irctc website and paid ₹407.25/-. Immediately payment was made due to ur problem ticket was not booked and payment was not reached to irctc. Now i request u to immediately refund of ₹407.25. I hope u respond expeditiously

@Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank surprised that you don't support issues related to UPI payment from your platform. Best part is you do not allow customer to lodge their complaints! It's bye bye from me and my family as I don't want to use a platform which does not care.
