Apps refund them after 2/3 days then who use that payment for three days. Why we can't solve that problem instantly? It's so painful to not get refund that money in emergency need.

I am already trying through Paytm Bank channels but KYC is still not happening—Video KYC fails repeatedly and offline agent is also unable to process due to their own KYC issue.
