@NPCI_NPCI if payment stuck in UPI apps like @Paytm @PhonePe... Apps refund them after 2/3 days then who use that payment for three days. Why we can't solve that problem instantly? It's so painful to not get refund that money in emergency need.

Despite regular usage of wallet, @Paytm deactivated the wallet to add money on account of kyc,further video kyc couldn't complete due to continuous error.This made fastag recharge impossible resulting in penalty payment at tolls.Poor & pathetic service @vijayshekhar #PaytmMatKaro
