@NPCI_NPCI if payment stuck in UPI apps like @Paytm @PhonePe... Apps refund them after 2/3 days then who use that payment for three days. Why we can't solve that problem instantly? It's so painful to not get refund that money in emergency need.

@Paytmcare What is private& whats public or worry for it when one is at the receiving end? Got a call from someone 9835012553 to say he is from Paytm and that I should download a file of customer support otherwise it takes a week to take out a list of under process cases Paytm so much time?

@Paytm They are fraud, they charged 300 rs late fees on my 1200 rs bill payment. Highly frustrating. On top of that, there customer care number is always busy
