@NPCI_NPCI if payment stuck in UPI apps like @Paytm @PhonePe... Apps refund them after 2/3 days then who use that payment for three days. Why we can't solve that problem instantly? It's so painful to not get refund that money in emergency need.

So the promise of fast settlement is just a fake promise to lure the users. Got response from @Paytmcare that it will take 2 working days to settle. @vijayshekhar whats your stand on this. @RBI have a look into this

@Paytmcare Hi. I am unable to add credit cards to my Paytm account. Payments via @Paytm are getting declined, and the 24x7 Help in the app is not good to reach customer care. My cards have enough credit limits available, and Paytm account has KYC as well. Please help urgently.

My credit was debited on 27-09-2021 in statement shows payment to One97 Communications Ltd regarding to this I call paytm customer care but everytime they transfer calls to other departments and then no is attending that transferred please help me to out of this @Paytmcare @Paytm

@Paytmcare Hi, I am yet to received cashback for the transaction done on Oct 27, 2021. It is still showing Pending even 24hrs have been passed. Similarly, transaction done in Feb 2020 and the cashback is showing Pending which I completely forgot. Please help
