    @NPCI_NPCI if payment stuck in UPI apps like @Paytm @PhonePe... Apps refund them after 2/3 days then who use that payment for three days. Why we can't solve that problem instantly? It's so painful to not get refund that money in emergency need.

    @Paytm @PaytmBank i have taken personal loan 2 mths back ..i had enough balanace for emi but still they placed bounced and it affected my credit score...is this your services..scammers..i need this issue resolve ASAP.

    @Paytmcare My mother in law is getting troubled by anonymous users who call and tell that they deposited money in her Paytm account by mistake and ask her to transfer to other accounts. It has happened many times. Please help.

    Hi @Paytmcare , I had tried to cancel my bus journey on Jan 13 6:39PM, but I’m unable to do it because of paytm server issue. I had reached out to your customer care representative also and he promised me that my booking will be cancelled and refund will be generated.
