@NPCI_NPCI if payment stuck in UPI apps like @Paytm @PhonePe... Apps refund them after 2/3 days then who use that payment for three days. Why we can't solve that problem instantly? It's so painful to not get refund that money in emergency need.

@Paytm @Paytmcare Request you to reopen my paytm account, last time next time it will not happen. By default I am deregister my paytm account and registration time it has been showing the mobile number request reached. Please help please open.
