@NPCI_NPCI if payment stuck in UPI apps like @Paytm @PhonePe... Apps refund them after 2/3 days then who use that payment for three days. Why we can't solve that problem instantly? It's so painful to not get refund that money in emergency need.

Pethetic customer service I ever had with pytm. Scanned to pay but amount transferred to somewhere else. Reached out to customer care for support and the gentleman redirected somewhere else and couldn't connect there but tried multiple times @Paytmcare @Paytm
