@Paytm worst service, #fraud I booked my bus tickets on 5th Feb bangalore to goa which was at 7:15 pm. When I called the driver at 6:30 he informed me that the bus was cancelled without any notifications. I raised a ticket for a refund but till date I haven't received any update.

Every one knows the there can be issue with credit score but as a good gesture they could have reversed this fees as this happened first time since I am using this service..... No customer orientation @Paytm
