Why the fu_king is loan option available in the app @Paytm if you don’t have the proper customer care support Such an idiotic app it’s been 5 days we have applied for a personal loan still in the app it is showing about to disburse..? No customer chat support ? Phone support ?

@Paytmcare Time to change your name yo Paytm Don't care. Really bad customer support. Executive literally wasted 20 mins and keep on responding same line to stay on call. No way to connect support and if you somehow connect it's total waste.
