  @Paytm @Paytmcare could you please look in to this 'phone not supported' error? I have been trying to login from many dayss!!! I have tried reinstalling it. I have raised ticket twice, nada. They all are giving same repeated ans, try another device. I ain't gonna buy new phone!

  Dear Paytm Customer Resolution Team, @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin I am escalating my unresolved flight cancellation complaint to Level 2. Paytm Ticket ID: 200012652557 Date of complaint: 18 August 2026 Issue: Flight cancellation and refund I raised this complaint through Paytm Help & Support. I received an automated response stating that a support agent would review my concern and that Paytm aimed to respond within 6 hours. However, I have not received a proper response or resolution. I have also followed up through the existing support ticket, but the matter remains unresolved. I request you to urgently review my case and provide: 1. The current status of my cancellation/refund. 2. The expected refund amount. 3. The expected date by which the refund will be credited. 4. Confirmation that no further action is required from my side. Please treat this as a Level 2 escalation against Ticket ID 200012652557 and provide an acknowledgement/reference number for this escalation.   @Paytm @Paytmcare how can u guys be so shameless? I have raised a complaint on July 13. It is more than a month and also I have raised a complaint year back about the same @PVRINOXMovies gift card. Till now there is no answr from u. Without addressing the issue u r closing ticket

  @Paytmcare Stop sending automated bot replies claiming a completed transaction is 'pending'! Read my issue: I am pointing out your app’s technical routing glitch, not asking for transaction status. Stop deflecting and provide a manual response from a human representative!

  Hello @flyspicejet , @Paytmcare has not received the refund yet what is going on from yr side ?? I want my refund as it's more than 12 days gone. One thing I have to say both paytm and spicejet don't care for customer. PNR : NGNL3N Other details already sent u so many times.
