    Mobile-centric services in India, like @Paytm, need to provide obvious and easy ways to reach humans for customer support. Chat bots without a way to talk to a human are just fancy FAQ pages that are rarely useful. Hard problem for sure.

    Excuse me @Paytmcare In DM you are carelessly telling me to maintain balance without checking anything. Do you have any knowledge about my wallet balance , on what basis are you saying that it has insufficient balance? Do you have a separate database for customer and care?

    Hello @Paytmcare !!! I've had paid the electricity bill in Paytm bill section through my debit card Amount deducted and shown the success but in processing . It's been 3 days now I have raised the ticket in help section 3 days before but still it not resolved
