Hey, @Paytm I'm your existing customer since 2017 and my Kyc is suspended and when I submit me real documents to do Kyc it get rejected so many time. And now I'm frustrating from your this issue I've complained but they also not getting my questions properly. Please fix this.

@Paytm @PaytmPostpaid @Paytmcare I have cleared my postpaid bill on 1st of Oct 22 and still it's showing that i need pay the amount, and ur customer support doesn't have any answers and they close my ticket. Bdw there is 24/7 customer support and it sucks coz no one comes
