@Paytmcare My account has block on 8 March and I paid my deo amount with charge on 22 March and @Paytm showing me 12th march transection from @Paytm postpaid account which has been blocked on 8th March whenever I explain to patym person they told me sir I'm highlighting but no any help😥

@Paytm @Paytmcare Booked flight tickets through Paytm and they offered travel insurance from @TATAAIGIndia with the incorrect dates. Flying tomorrow, but got no resolution from both companies. Customer service is not empowered to take any decisions or offer help.

The issue with @Paytmcare is the fact that they have topics but the topics are just navigational words inside the app, no way to resolve a query because their phone numbers also lead you nowhere. It is just a loop of voice and words where there is no human to answer. Cc: @Paytm

@Paytm some time big useless and its 24*7 support is all time nonsense, while suffering from COVID suddenly it start kidding whenever trying to do payment it always ask me say hello and enjoy, need to pay to people for medicines and Grocery but facing this bad joke 7428495434
