    @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare its been already 10 days I have raised a ticket immediately after the bus got cancelled with proof for the from the operator. But the ticket got closed with no resolution and refund. If the operator is not responding issue the refund as it's already been 10 days.

    @Paytmcare Hi @Paytm, I have already sent you a DM with the required details, but I haven’t received any response yet. My ₹843 is still stuck, and the insurance company has confirmed they have not received the payment. Kindly check my DM and resolve this issue at the earliest. This delay is causing unnecessary inconvenience.

    @Paytmcare If the merchant received the payment, share a settlement/transaction ID or proof I can show them. Why should the customer keep running between Paytm, the bank & merchant? I paid via Paytm—please coordinate with your merchant and resolve it. Ref: 619609903653
