    @Paytm @MMTCPAMP Ordered physical gold from Paytm shipped with Ecom.But unable to get the delivery as otp was not coming,I requested to deliver through physical ID verify But he refused,tried to reach customer care but no response. how get the delivery?If undelivered will I get my money back?

    @Paytm @Paytmcare having blocked my wallet to update KYC, the least that you could have done is to make it simpler and easier to complete the KYC. App is useless for KYC update or resolution of issue, customer care non-existent and my wallet use stopped! 😤
