@Paytmcare In response to my complaint, at 0120 4880880 Paytm helpdesk advised me to wait till 11.15pm at boarding point which is right now a deserted place. They are least bothered about safety of their customer who trusted them and booked journey ticket on their platform.

@Paytm @Paytmcare Kindly check the ticket 3230611174 that we raised for an issue with PayTM business wallet. They blocked our business wallet for last one year and we have raised ticket’s several times to unlock but we are not getting any perfect solution!!

@Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmMoney My account got logged out automatically and even customer care are not bothered to solve the issue. I have huge amount in paytm wallet and I can't even get to know the wallet balance as the OTP is blocked by Paytm. This is very disappointing.
