@Paytmcare In response to my complaint, at 0120 4880880 Paytm helpdesk advised me to wait till 11.15pm at boarding point which is right now a deserted place. They are least bothered about safety of their customer who trusted them and booked journey ticket on their platform.

@paytmbankcare @Paytmcare My name is Suraj and 6 years ago, I had done Kyc in XYZ event which was sponsored by Paytm and my name was Suraj Kumar as per Uid and now it is only Suraj. Paytm representatives took more than 12 days in understanding the issue. Very shame.
