    @MyPaycare @paytm I was just checking how Paytm Postpaid works. On the first step, AutoPay got created, but now I can't delete it. Paytm says to contact Suryoday Bank, but their customer support isn't answering calls. Please help me remove this AutoPay.

    @vijayshekhar @Paytm suddenly the paytm gold balance has been dropped by 70% and from last 2 days there is no one to even explain. No agents, no support just AI bots doing nothing. @nsitharaman

    @Paytmcare Hi Vinod, Thanks. Yes, the promo was available yesterday, and I was able to redeem it. It would have been great if the Paytm support team had resolved this issue sooner. The resolution took more than a week and required multiple follow-ups through both Twitter and the Paytm app.
