@Paytmcare In response to my complaint, at 0120 4880880 Paytm helpdesk advised me to wait till 11.15pm at boarding point which is right now a deserted place. They are least bothered about safety of their customer who trusted them and booked journey ticket on their platform.

@Paytm @Paytmcare first you randomly freeze the wallet and then there is no support even after completing the KYC. First you promise to get back in 24-48 hours and then ask 3 more days. I can't travel as my fasttag is linked to the wallet. Who is be responsible? @jagograhakjago

@Paytm Open the Paytm app. Go to the balance and history .thn scroll until the search button appears on top right corner. After clicking the search button the page redirects to the main menu.. please fix this
