@Paytmcare In response to my complaint, at 0120 4880880 Paytm helpdesk advised me to wait till 11.15pm at boarding point which is right now a deserted place. They are least bothered about safety of their customer who trusted them and booked journey ticket on their platform.

@Paytmcare @Paytm I am not able to add any amount in Paytm Wallet, there it shows transaction could not be processed due to internal issues. Earlier I was not able to add any amount from many days still the problems didn't solved
