@Paytmcare In response to my complaint, at 0120 4880880 Paytm helpdesk advised me to wait till 11.15pm at boarding point which is right now a deserted place. They are least bothered about safety of their customer who trusted them and booked journey ticket on their platform.

Made a big mistake buying Fast tag from @Paytm @Paytmcare They deducted double amount and when I raised the issue with support, they are sending me automated replies. Pathetic service. Better to switch to some other provider.
