@Paytmcare In response to my complaint, at 0120 4880880 Paytm helpdesk advised me to wait till 11.15pm at boarding point which is right now a deserted place. They are least bothered about safety of their customer who trusted them and booked journey ticket on their platform.

@Paytmcare @KriplaniManav Khud ke credit card ke transaction ko suspicious activity Bata kar account block karte Hain aur unblock karne ka koi dhang ka system nahin hai. only system generated message reply aate rahte hain 6 manth se Kai mail aur message karne ke bad bhi account unblock nahin Ho Paya.
