    Paytm @Paytmcare Your AI support is frustrating. It traps users in endless automated replies with no easy way to reach a human agent. AI should assist, not replace customer support especially when people’s money is involved.Please bring back easy access to human support. #Paytm

    @Paytm @vijayshekhar The biggest problem why I prefer Gpay over paytm for upi use is below. 1 - If I have to open The app for upi payment it loads late because of so many options on screen. 2 - Too congested options compared to GPay .

    @Paytmcare Are you doing anything or not to solve the bloody problem?? Bloody frauds!!! Atleast acknowledge the problem first and have some professional communication!!! Noone should ever use paytm!! I will file a police complaint if my issue is not resolved right now!!

    @Paytm @PaytmBusiness Your internal mismanagement should not become a customer's problem. My Soundbox return (EO887528444IN) was successfully delivered via India Post, but your team still claims it's not received and asks me for POD. Verify your warehouse and resolve this

    Hi @Paytmcare @Paytm My order id 27406395348 Purchased a gift card of Decathlon but store people saying invalid requesting you to pls issue refund for the same. Its saying invalid code or PIN. Their gift card saying its start with 10 not 60 requesting you to pls issue refund.
