@Olacabs Done a ride with OLA today. Added money in my @Paytm wallet. Driver charged from my wallet and cash too. I'm trying to get a call to/from ola customer care but nothing is happening. Worst experience I had today with you. You complete system is worst from platform to 1/2.

@Paytmcare @Paytm I am really disappointed of your service. Though I have updated KYC and linked pan card and aadhaar card but still not able to transfer wallet money to bank account. Have spoke with customer service but no help received. Please look into this matter as priority.
