Literally the worst service from @PaytmMall and @Paytm . First my order of fast tag was delivered to someone else , now they are not responding to my issue. My ticket I'd:- 3226250320 , all they are doing is that we are solving it at the earliest and today is the 20th day.

@Paytmcare I ordered Fasttag before 2 weeks through Paytm and it is still not delivered. The delivery partner is Bluedart. Oral communication with customer care is much recommended for end people rather than 24*7 chatbot support. Order ID: 19410242401
