    Hi @Paytmcare, it has been over 24 hours since I shared all details and my account is still blocked with no update in DM. I’m unable to access my UPI Lite balance even though all other UPI apps work fine. Kindly provide a timeline or escalate this urgently.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar Paytm customer support has been disappointing. My account was blocked without any clear explanation & ticket 200011654211 was closed without resolution. A new TKT- 200011731375, has now been opened & another representative is again asking for the details I already shared earlier.

    Dear @Paytm , @Paytmcare Today suddenly I got logged out of my paytm app. I thought due to some security issues it automatically logged me out. I tried logging in again but it started showing me that your account is blocked. Please help me Resolve the problem.

    It's almost next to impossible to reach at customer support of @Paytm, it's understandable if the Chatbot is next level which is not good in this case. I am waiting since Tuesday to transfer UPI Lite from Android to iPhone. I was not able to disable on Android device as I shifted to eSIM. Chatbot just send message to understand the problem however not able to solve in 4 days. @vijayshekhar
