    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank Refund not processed yet for , Air India flight AI 906 cancelled due to technical issues on 19 th June , Air India assured full refund , no action taken from Paytm side to refund , tickets raised and no response from you . Shame on your process ..

    @Paytmcare @airindia I raised a complaint for a disruptive Air India flight booked via Paytm, but it's been 6+ days with no resolution. Air India has no issue refunding—the delay is from your end. Your AI is unhelpful & I haven't been connected to an agent. Please escalate ASAP.

    Ticket no 5111370262, sound box not working for more than 15 days. Despite repeated followups with your team and multiple daily calls, I have not received any resolution. Every time I contact customer, I am assured that the issue will be resolved within 48 hours.@Paytm @Paytmcare
