@Paytmcare @Paytm Extremely pathetic customer care services. Wallet money got deducted while transaction failed. No way to raise query in app, bot not giving required option. Took 2 days to connect with CC, n he again sent link to raise query in app which again is not working.

Hello @Paytm @paytmbankcare As per rule one person cannot make 2 account through 1 adhara id, how it support person saying there is other account with same account which is also verified.. I have enough proof that's my account I can send selfi with my adhara also, kindly help

And somuch time and multiple call attempts (your tele support diverts us to App and app pushes us to Tele), if you were to offer this kind of service in any Western countries you would have been sued with high penalties @Paytmcare
