    @Paytm @Paytmcare Hello Paytm, I use the Postpaid facility of paytm. Today is the last date to pay the o/s but the system is not allowing to pay from any sources listed in my account showing suspicious bot and flagged my account. No help from 24/7 too. Plz assist

    @Paytm Amount transfered to my friend has not been credited. Contacted Toll free number. Email reply shows you are no longer responds to such communication!!! There is no help from your App either.

    @PaytmBank @Paytmcare Ticket number: 3127688013 Had raised the issue on 25th November, today is 30th nov. Still not yet resolved!!! Was my ₹500 totally forfeited??? If in next 5 days you won't refund me, you have to compensate₹100 everyday or else I'll goto consumer forum.

    I just got the best customer service reps and supervisor today while reaching out to Paytm. Really wonderful people. Really people centric. was told it all my fault, they were sarcastic and questioned my financial well being @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare On 4th August I paid my axis Bank credit card bill via Paytm,but amount debited from my a/c but not credited to axis Bank credit card,who is liable for late penalty & interest.stop making fool to customer.

    @Abhinav27517819 @Paytmcare I am a Paytm merchant and my settlement is not undertaken by Paytm since the 24th of April 2026, the day Paytm bank licence is declared cancelled by the RBI and there is no response from the customer support after tons of messages and calls, initiated from my end. @Paytmcare

    paytm has gotten so bad recently. so many glitches, very slow. asked me to fkn change my UPI pin every two months. **** you @Paytm switching to google pay (which has a very seamless and quick onboarding process and a v clean UI)

    @Paytm this is extremely frustrating. I made a wrong UPI transfer last night and have been trying to get human support since 8 AM. Ai said a ticket was created and someone would reach out — but instead, after 3 hours, the issue is suddenly marked as resolved with 0 help.
