    This is so depressing. @Paytm @Paytmcare I am unable to change my debit card delivery address. It's taking my voter Id but I wish to change it to Aadhar & I cannot change it. Checking the entire IVR I figured it's useless. The same for my wife. Come on. Can you guys help?

    @Paytmcare My query reference id is 188112454. The refund was scheduled to be processed by 10th may 2021. Till now there isn’t an update. Nor have I received any sms stating need to share bank details to get the refund. Paytm customer care isn’t responding too. What do I do now?

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @Paytmcare I had raised an issue more than four days ago regarding cashback I received against a Flipkart order, and even shared coupons generated against it.. I just wanted you to help redeeming it I've got no effective resolution to the issue till now!!

    @Paytm I have been using you're app since a long time for upi payments and honesty i am very impressed by the payment success rate but one thing I have seen that you're lacking is that the QR detection algorithm in you're app is a bit slow as per other upi apps in the Market

    @Paytm Posting regarding my Paytm business sound box. I am assured for charges free box for my business. But charges applied several times. I am several Shops and box I am thinking to close all the sound box if not resolved the problem properly in time.

    @vijayshekhar @vijayshekhar i never wanted to come and comment on the posts for you but the Care facility for the @Paytmcare has been worst i have created ticket for last 3 days no action is taken. The IVR never connects to any person. The support is zero. I have been a customer for 7 years

    One of the worst experiences with no proper way to connect with a real customer support Every issue gets stuck with an AI chatbot loop,booked flight and need resuceduling but it's not happens When it’s your money, you need human help, not endless automation. Fix this! @Paytm
