@Paytmcare non payment of mobile bill amounting RS 465.92. Talked with the operator(bsnl) they haven't recieved any payment. Queried on your app but pathetic customer support. Shockingly paytm doesn't have a call centre no to resolve payment issue. Please revert as it is urgent.

Hi @Paytm @Paytmcare My Kyc is not completed. I am trying to do Kyc the process involved is huge. that video call kyc is not working and showing bad request. i have completed physical adhar card kyc but some qr code i need to scan itseems. why this process is so complicated?

@Paytm what kind of service are you providing, I am not understand anything, because for the last 6 months, I am continuously getting worried about my account. But I am not getting any response from your side, even I send mail to customer care everyday, still no reply from them.
