    @PaytmBank @PaytmBuildIndia @Paytm @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare Hey guys on your paytm page its do says paytm help is available 24*7 but that's not the truth its time consuming to contact you guys improve ur customer service guys I have been trying since days to elaborate my issue.

    @Paytmcare Issue with Fastag. Car no AS01DW1391. MOBILE NO 8638396486. New Fastag purchased in offer for Rs.700. Rs.1000 balance was credited. Now without any toll crossing balance nil. Please reply why have you deducted Rs. 1000

    @Paytm @Paytmcare neither am able to apply for kyc nor able to transfer the money stuck in my paytm wallet. Your customer care call is very cumbersome. Please call me at 7578926856 (sidhanth majumder) and resolve my issue. @GovtOfIndia_ @consumerforum_

    @Paytmcare non payment of mobile bill amounting RS 465.92. Talked with the operator(bsnl) they haven't recieved any payment. Queried on your app but pathetic customer support. Shockingly paytm doesn't have a call centre no to resolve payment issue. Please revert as it is urgent.

    @Paytm it's been 10 days and order is still not shipped. I am unable to cancel and don't think it will ever be delivered. The customer support bot says it is shipped and denies to cancel the order. I am stuck, don't know what to do.

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I did a metro card recharge on 14th Mar'22 using paytm (Order ID- 17533974432) but was not able to add it to my card due to a card reading error. As per DMRC the refund is processed but till date it is not refunded to my bank account by @Paytm.

    Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare , iam trying to apply for Paytm SBI credit card. In the end I couldn't submit it. It says " Issue from our end . We couldn't save your data" . Kindly look into it. I see Paytm helpline is useless it only shows few option.

    Dear @Paytmcare , the issue is we have booked ticket through paytm but the ticket is not showing in cinepolis app, kindly resolve this as soon as possible as the movie will strt friom 5pm @Paytm . Do reply so that i can send u invoice or transaction id
