@Paytmcare non payment of mobile bill amounting RS 465.92. Talked with the operator(bsnl) they haven't recieved any payment. Queried on your app but pathetic customer support. Shockingly paytm doesn't have a call centre no to resolve payment issue. Please revert as it is urgent.

I made the payment for the Boat Airdopes 121 from official website of Boat via paytm. But my money was deducted from bank and the merchant didn't received the payment. Refund is still not received. It's been over 1 month and I've contacted paytm helpline 5-6 times. @Paytmcare
