@Paytmcare non payment of mobile bill amounting RS 465.92. Talked with the operator(bsnl) they haven't recieved any payment. Queried on your app but pathetic customer support. Shockingly paytm doesn't have a call centre no to resolve payment issue. Please revert as it is urgent.

@SwiggyCares I have simple query. When I told you the transaction id of @Paytm , why didn't your team directly contact them to ascertain the status of that transaction. Why don't you want to initiate refund? This is the response to person having paid service "one membership". Very pathetic.
