I have talk to GulfAir about this they are saying, tell Paytm to contact or raise dispute not you. So none of any agent contact me for clarification from your side. So, irresponsible!

I booked request through my Paytm app too. Service request no 175874641. I reported error within few seconds, minutes.

I follow up 24×7 help & support but didn't receive any response.
