I have talk to GulfAir about this they are saying, tell Paytm to contact or raise dispute not you. So none of any agent contact me for clarification from your side. So, irresponsible!

The problem occurred due to a technical error on the Paytm app (“Fetching Error”), because of which no booking confirmation was visible and I couldn’t take any action like cancellation or filing TDR.
