    @XpressBees_IN @PaytmMall @Paytmcare Its better you should ask @Paytmcare @PaytmMall to help with Reverse Pick up, as there is no number on paytm app for this issue. One of xpressbees agent called me and took pick up item yesterday and now my app is showing it has been rejected again. Seriously what's going on.

    @Paytm Wrost experience you given to me. I contact your cx support several times but every time call got not connected and I raise a complain regarding my KYC but still I'm facing this issue but no one contacted me for resolution l. Seriously not expected.

    @Paytm Merchants are facing problem because of Bug in @UPI_NPCI transactions made through your app. Today morning paid 150 to a merchant's wallet through UPI but amount has not been received by him. Had to make payment again after adding money to wallet. @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare hi all my paytm post paid is on hold In my paytm post paid the message showing that ckyc will generate in 17 days but nothing happens After 25 days and your help center is not taking this problem seriously so kindly do the needful Here's the screen shots attached below

    @Paytmcare It should be displayed on your twitterhandle that paytm does not have a grievance redressal procedure & in case of any after sale issue, customers are helpless & hopeless. This way innocent customes can be made aware of paytm mall services. 100% assurance is not follwed at paytm.

    @Paytmcare Yes, I’ve posted multiple times — because you’ve failed to resolve the issue. Your so-called “updates” are just copy-paste lines with no action. I paid ₹699 for a Lifetime ₹24/month plan on 26 June. No plan applied. No refund. No accountability. Stop covering up — resolve it
