@vijayshekhar sir, I have successfully done a referral satisfying all t& C's under refer&earn scheme. It's been 3 days yet 100/- cashback not credited to me & referal count not reflecting. I'm constantly following up the team past 3 days but @Paytmcare unable to help me.

@AVINASH67338222 @Paytm This is not expected from Paytm. As a Bank Paytm should be always ready to resolve the issues before escalation. We have got many other options to switch over if such incidents hapoen and paytm ignores the customer's query raised.

@Paytmcare It’s been a week we’re I had raised a complain and till date nothing has been done. So pls stop saying that you are available 24/7. It’s ridiculous to hear this. It’s seems that your company is bankrupt that it’s not able to issue Rs 7098/- refund from past one month#paytymsucks
