@Paytm @Paytmcare I ordered 10grams of Gold on 17th Oct 2022. However my order was cancelled on 19th Oct 2022. I got refund for the making charges, but my gold locker balance still shows 0 gram instead of 10 grams. I am not able to reach out to call center executives for support.

Very Pathetic and Very Cheap Services & Response received from @Paytm . I raised one ticket for wrong transaction, they said amount will be reversed in my account within 5 working days, today almost 7-9 days was gone but not received any amount. I tried to call in CUSTOMER.
