@Paytmcare i have the Paytm Payments Bank physical rupay debit card but when i try it as a atm card in my nearby atms of other banks the machine shows extarnal link failure. Please resolve the issue this is not on a single machine every machine shows that message.

@Paytm RBL Bank Maji Shoe (9851266530) is a BC point at Churulia, PIN-713368. Nearby KYC point is shown in Burdwan as Shanti Store which is about 120km away from Churulia. Therefore, I can't provide KYC service to the local customers. Please do something needful to resolve the issue as

188955949 support id Transferred 3016, failed after 2 days. Paytm said amount received by beni. Beni didn't recieve. Your support asked statement from 28-30.. shared both passbook photo and whatsapp banking screenshot. Now saying share another date.. it's only harrasment @Paytm
