@Paytm RBL Bank Maji Shoe (9851266530) is a BC point at Churulia, PIN-713368. Nearby KYC point is shown in Burdwan as Shanti Store which is about 120km away from Churulia. Therefore, I can't provide KYC service to the local customers. Please do something needful to resolve the issue as

Hi @Paytmcare I requested reactivation for my paytm business account yesterday and it got activated today. Everything is fine but when i go to merchant section from paytm app it still shows deactivated and when i use website login it works fine. Please fix it

@rbi @Paytmcare @Paytm i am waiting from 1 month about my payment refund but not getting any response everytime same reply i should allowed some time but there customer care also don't know about the final date of complaint closing they just highlight the issue to there head.
