@Paytm RBL Bank Maji Shoe (9851266530) is a BC point at Churulia, PIN-713368. Nearby KYC point is shown in Burdwan as Shanti Store which is about 120km away from Churulia. Therefore, I can't provide KYC service to the local customers. Please do something needful to resolve the issue as

@PaytmBankcare15 I contacted the number you mentioned, they were asking me to share the OTP received through SMS. While so many messages come from Paytm itself, in which it is forbidden to share OTP with anyone. I request you to please try to solve my problem in some other way. @Paytm

@Paytmcare We've made a UPI payment with Paytm, but it hasn't shown up in the merchant Paytm for business app. Paytm support is unresponsive and difficult to reach because there is no customer support e-mail address.
