@Paytmcare i have the Paytm Payments Bank physical rupay debit card but when i try it as a atm card in my nearby atms of other banks the machine shows extarnal link failure. Please resolve the issue this is not on a single machine every machine shows that message.

@Paytmcare Doesn't at all care. There is no way to reach your customer care team, whatever options you try for how many ever times. Use PayTM, deal with Bots and IVR. No human touch for customer. Worst customer care experience.
