    @Paytmcare i have the Paytm Payments Bank physical rupay debit card but when i try it as a atm card in my nearby atms of other banks the machine shows extarnal link failure. Please resolve the issue this is not on a single machine every machine shows that message.

    @Paytm RBL Bank Maji Shoe (9851266530) is a BC point at Churulia, PIN-713368. Nearby KYC point is shown in Burdwan as Shanti Store which is about 120km away from Churulia. Therefore, I can't provide KYC service to the local customers. Please do something needful to resolve the issue as

    @Paytmcare What you will assist. Now I have already purchased one side ticket and returned home. Now this cannot be undone. This is one of the reasons our Indian companies fail in customer satisfaction. Look at the Amazon and their class of service.
