@Paytm RBL Bank Maji Shoe (9851266530) is a BC point at Churulia, PIN-713368. Nearby KYC point is shown in Burdwan as Shanti Store which is about 120km away from Churulia. Therefore, I can't provide KYC service to the local customers. Please do something needful to resolve the issue as

@Paytmcare i have the Paytm Payments Bank physical rupay debit card but when i try it as a atm card in my nearby atms of other banks the machine shows extarnal link failure. Please resolve the issue this is not on a single machine every machine shows that message.

@Paytmcare when try to reach out to PAYTM customer care it is just PATHETIC, there is no way I can reach out to PAYTM customer case. Autobots are useless, online help is big joke and there is no way I can reach out to real person to explain this issue. IVR options are just taking
