@Paytm RBL Bank Maji Shoe (9851266530) is a BC point at Churulia, PIN-713368. Nearby KYC point is shown in Burdwan as Shanti Store which is about 120km away from Churulia. Therefore, I can't provide KYC service to the local customers. Please do something needful to resolve the issue as

@Paytmcare i have the Paytm Payments Bank physical rupay debit card but when i try it as a atm card in my nearby atms of other banks the machine shows extarnal link failure. Please resolve the issue this is not on a single machine every machine shows that message.

This is to inform @Paytm that you are unnecessarily wasting time of customers. You ask for reference number. Is this not possible for you to ask when cust care executive pick the call. You must be ashamed of your service bec making complications for cust is irrelevant.
