@Paytmcare i have the Paytm Payments Bank physical rupay debit card but when i try it as a atm card in my nearby atms of other banks the machine shows extarnal link failure. Please resolve the issue this is not on a single machine every machine shows that message.

@Paytm RBL Bank Maji Shoe (9851266530) is a BC point at Churulia, PIN-713368. Nearby KYC point is shown in Burdwan as Shanti Store which is about 120km away from Churulia. Therefore, I can't provide KYC service to the local customers. Please do something needful to resolve the issue as

@Paytm Great app fastest payments I don't know about other but according to me best payment app. It stucks very rare not as google pay . Even sometimes my payment got stuck but they refunded in a single query .I really loves their customer care.

@Paytm I am having horrible experience. There is a balance of Rs.5593 in my wallet but not able to use. While making transactions, there is a message displayed “zero balance”. Problem referred to Paytm Customer Care but the team failed to resolve the problem as of now. No Reliability.
