On 07/08/2021 I had done a transaction of 530 but it was failed and pautm message me tha it will refund in 7 working days but it was not done yet and complain to paytm payments bank but they not take any action @PaytmBank @Paytm

@Paytmcare Had bought Paytm fast tag. However it’s not working on the toll plaza. Amount gets deducted after several hours and already cash payment is made. So we end up paying twice. Kindly check your services.
