On 07/08/2021 I had done a transaction of 530 but it was failed and pautm message me tha it will refund in 7 working days but it was not done yet and complain to paytm payments bank but they not take any action @PaytmBank @Paytm

@Paytm Facing issue on my paytm account. I called customer care but after waiting half an hour and just obeying IVR, I have to cut the call but none of executive joined to listen me also in chat there is no option to write our problem, only has to select predefined options.

why paytm not have tamil support.. so you want tamil customers. but you didn't support in Tamil.. so tamil peoples please Hindi and English know people only use paytm... others not use it.. the company not provide service for you. @Paytmcare @Paytm
