On 07/08/2021 I had done a transaction of 530 but it was failed and pautm message me tha it will refund in 7 working days but it was not done yet and complain to paytm payments bank but they not take any action @PaytmBank @Paytm

Pathetic Service by @officiald2h unable to reach your customer care center. Trying since last 30 mins but could reach out just once. Did recharge through @Paytmcare . Paytm says recharge successful @officiald2h says they didn't inspite of providing them ref no. Pathetic service.

@Paytmcare I send Rs 150 on dated 15 spt 2021 Paytm to phonepe no 8572025900. I sent direct payment on above said no, it's deducted from my account but not received on above said no. Pls return my payment. U customer care service is always busy not useful.

@Paytmcare your customer care service Paytm 24/7 is always busy, not receive the customer calls. I called several times but not one give me response. Some times problem not solve through app. Call is necessary. It's irresponsible behaviour of u company.
