On 07/08/2021 I had done a transaction of 530 but it was failed and pautm message me tha it will refund in 7 working days but it was not done yet and complain to paytm payments bank but they not take any action @PaytmBank @Paytm

@Paytmcare My paytm account is blocked account number is 6394487207. And I am trying to connect with customer care there is no option to connect with tham as you guys have blocked my account. And in app you guys asked me for docs and you will reply within 4 hours I have shared the docs but
