On 07/08/2021 I had done a transaction of 530 but it was failed and pautm message me tha it will refund in 7 working days but it was not done yet and complain to paytm payments bank but they not take any action @PaytmBank @Paytm

@Paytmcare while paying online through @Paytm wallet the transaction failed twice. The money is added to wallet, it shows it is paid to the payee but the same is not received from them. Any help will be appreciated in this regard. Thanks.

Hi @Paytm @Paytmcare I have raised 6 tickets , called twice and visited 3 centres to get my KYC done and it is still showing error for my phone number. Absolutely no help. Time waste and I am unable to receive my payments. Do better
