On 07/08/2021 I had done a transaction of 530 but it was failed and pautm message me tha it will refund in 7 working days but it was not done yet and complain to paytm payments bank but they not take any action @PaytmBank @Paytm

@Paytmcare Nothing was done to rectify the case. They asked me to just raise complaint via application from customer application in phone. Which i already did weeks ago. The fraud company @Paytmcare @Paytm have neither taken back the soundbox nor have they reversed the money.

Hi @Paytmcare @pay My Paytm Payments Bank account (linked to mobile number ending with 3969) shows an available balance of ₹1754. I’m unable to withdraw or transfer the amount through the app. Please help me resolve this and advise how I can take out the remaining balance.
