    On 07/08/2021 I had done a transaction of 530 but it was failed and pautm message me tha it will refund in 7 working days but it was not done yet and complain to paytm payments bank but they not take any action @PaytmBank @Paytm

    @Paytm Credit card bill payment is pending for more than 48 hours and there is no help from so called AI powered Customer Care. I need to know whether the payment will process or when i will get the redund. Let me know how much time will it take to solve the issue.

    Hello @Paytmcare @paytmmallcare @Paytm. I am trying to download an invoice for a purchase I made on paytm mall but Iam not able to download it. I have contacted the customer care multiple times they are denying to send me the invoice. Can you please send me the invoice.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm Such a disgusting customer service. Cant even call to any number. Atleast we should get proper response right, its been more than a month . I have never seen such a worst platform ever

    @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare its been already 10 days I have raised a ticket immediately after the bus got cancelled with proof for the from the operator. But the ticket got closed with no resolution and refund. If the operator is not responding issue the refund as it's already been 10 days.

    @Paytmcare Not able to open the app. Error message showing 00000000 Device environment is not ok. Have uninstalled the app and re installed still the same issue
