On 07/08/2021 I had done a transaction of 530 but it was failed and pautm message me tha it will refund in 7 working days but it was not done yet and complain to paytm payments bank but they not take any action @PaytmBank @Paytm

Dear @Paytm , I entered somebody else details for checking creditscore on your platform. Now, I'm facing problem. Problem is that I can't check my own creditscore on paytm and can't apply for paytm postpaid and credit card. How can I remove that person's detail. Do help
