    On 07/08/2021 I had done a transaction of 530 but it was failed and pautm message me tha it will refund in 7 working days but it was not done yet and complain to paytm payments bank but they not take any action @PaytmBank @Paytm

    @Paytm My paytm upi id is not working. It shows that upi id is not valid , i am trying to call to the customer care for two days but unfortunately could not connect to customer care everytime is showing busy.

    @Paytm i have an issue with transaction, amount is deducted and my tickets status is not booked. Tried calling customer care many times but its all looks like **** not even a single response. I need my refund asap otherwise i have to switch to other payment apps.

    The Best way to reduce accountability don’t respond to the customer. The ideology of Paytm customer care. They don’t respond if the customer does follow up after 3-4 days for his complaint @Paytm @Paytmcare
