On 07/08/2021 I had done a transaction of 530 but it was failed and pautm message me tha it will refund in 7 working days but it was not done yet and complain to paytm payments bank but they not take any action @PaytmBank @Paytm

@Paytmcare @Paytm Hello, Complaint number 6601335215 has not yet been resolved. I have facing the issue with the Paytm sound machine since last 2 months. And till now I had raised the issue 3-4 times everytime the executive asked the same questions and do not resolved it.

@Paytmcare Rather refund of fraud transactions amount I have been told that transaction was done post login by user. Are you serious about your work or you are just getting money by simply sharing irrespective response to the valuable customer. Who is facing the issue.
