On 07/08/2021 I had done a transaction of 530 but it was failed and pautm message me tha it will refund in 7 working days but it was not done yet and complain to paytm payments bank but they not take any action @PaytmBank @Paytm

@Paytmcare I paid Rs.299/- to Sweta Labhubhai Kakadia through Paytm wallet on 5.7.2022 (screenshot attached). But I have not received the item ordered till date. I tried to contact them in the number 8980950259, but failed. Help me in this matter with item or refund.

@Cyberdost Very slow to response and cannot connect u. If u were quick then one fraudulent transaction would have stopped and u could have caught fraudsters as it was in gateway after complaint to u and to bank but @paytm claimed after 30hrs of complaint. Only for name sake.

Try reaching out to @Paytmcare to report this harassment. But unable to talk to a customer service executive. Itvis very difficult to reach a customer care executive using the toll free number. Such a pathetic service!!! Done with Paytm @vijayshekhar

@Paytm can be the best example on how to ruin your business. A platform fee of ₹4 for the electricity bill payment. The same service is free in @PhonePe & of course I went ahead with the latter. @vijayshekhar you need to revisit your decision made by your policy makers.
