On 07/08/2021 I had done a transaction of 530 but it was failed and pautm message me tha it will refund in 7 working days but it was not done yet and complain to paytm payments bank but they not take any action @PaytmBank @Paytm

@Paytm paytm is a fraud company they don't refund to it's customers even after getting the bank statement as a proof of false settlement of transaction by paytm and it's customer service is worst in the world. Don't use paytm. In near years it will cheat to it's investors also.

@Paytm What kind of lending service you are giving, on paytm post paid one month interest is 1.5%but if you miss repayment late fees is more than 20% for one month , isn't it fraud or loot , no intimation of late fees , how will you retain your customer ?
