On 07/08/2021 I had done a transaction of 530 but it was failed and pautm message me tha it will refund in 7 working days but it was not done yet and complain to paytm payments bank but they not take any action @PaytmBank @Paytm

Inspite of constant follow ups and calls with customer care executives the waiting period remains 3-4 weeks. The answers given by the support executives are not satisfactory as they are not able to provide me with a suitable explanation for the delay in the process. @Paytm

@Paytm @goairlinesindia I had booked a go air flight from Paytm with customer id 10465487837 . Paytm has confirmed that they have recieved the refund from go air but they have not refunded my amount even after multiple calls and follow ups. Pathetic customer support from Paytm.

@Paytm worst service during this pandemic you have sanctioned a credit limit on my Paytm account and then I reached you on fb messenger you told me to provide further documents which i provided also but you haven't reply till now. I am unable to take any payment.
