On 07/08/2021 I had done a transaction of 530 but it was failed and pautm message me tha it will refund in 7 working days but it was not done yet and complain to paytm payments bank but they not take any action @PaytmBank @Paytm

Dear @Paytm I'm facing a transaction issue. I have not activated or used paytm business, but it says my amount will be credited only by 7 am tomorrow. Till this day I haven't faced any issues with PAYTM. But now its making me worried. Customer care agents are really helpless ****

@Paytmcare @Paytmcare Its been 3 weeks i am complaining paytm and sonyliv. Both are very bad in their customer support. Just have a look at the chat they are attending. I think its time we consumers should take a step and not use paytm
