On 07/08/2021 I had done a transaction of 530 but it was failed and pautm message me tha it will refund in 7 working days but it was not done yet and complain to paytm payments bank but they not take any action @PaytmBank @Paytm

@Paytmcare Hi Team He conveyed that he is above 80yrs how can he do that it's too far and hard for him. They just said we can't help you. This is mere harassment of the senior citizens. You guys are not assisting customers harassing them.
