@Paytmcare i have the Paytm Payments Bank physical rupay debit card but when i try it as a atm card in my nearby atms of other banks the machine shows extarnal link failure. Please resolve the issue this is not on a single machine every machine shows that message.

@Paytm RBL Bank Maji Shoe (9851266530) is a BC point at Churulia, PIN-713368. Nearby KYC point is shown in Burdwan as Shanti Store which is about 120km away from Churulia. Therefore, I can't provide KYC service to the local customers. Please do something needful to resolve the issue as

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I had a transaction made on 29 dec where I was supposed to receive a sum of money, in Paytm it shows that I have received the amount but in my bank statement no such transaction has been made, I tried connecting to customer care no one gives a solution.

To all the @Paytm users out there, please ensure 'Access to SMS' and 'Access to WhatsApp' is disabled under Profile Settings => Manage Notifications. PayTM reads your messages and stores the data for 6 months on their servers. They might be selling the data as well, who knows!!
