@Paytmcare i have the Paytm Payments Bank physical rupay debit card but when i try it as a atm card in my nearby atms of other banks the machine shows extarnal link failure. Please resolve the issue this is not on a single machine every machine shows that message.

@Paytm RBL Bank Maji Shoe (9851266530) is a BC point at Churulia, PIN-713368. Nearby KYC point is shown in Burdwan as Shanti Store which is about 120km away from Churulia. Therefore, I can't provide KYC service to the local customers. Please do something needful to resolve the issue as

@SirImranAhmad @SahilBulla @Paytm Absolutely true. Phonepe's UI and mode of customer support (ticketing system) is so convenient, compared to other UPI based apps. But the fact is, I never got a chance to raise a ticket on Phonepe. Haha..

Most digitally native firms are making it more difficult for customers to reach out to Customers Support. Either they need to get their support documents or bots fixed, or make it easy to raise a ticket & make your SLAs clear ( @MobiKwik @CoinDCX @Paytm )

@Paytmcare But what kind of convenience is that, when you haven't provided any service 🤔 and as per your policy convenience fee is non refundable when customer cancel, not you and your fraud partner @GoFirstairways canceled , that is a scam you both are running.
