@Paytm RBL Bank Maji Shoe (9851266530) is a BC point at Churulia, PIN-713368. Nearby KYC point is shown in Burdwan as Shanti Store which is about 120km away from Churulia. Therefore, I can't provide KYC service to the local customers. Please do something needful to resolve the issue as

@Paytmcare DM only says “we’re checking” — no email, no SMS, no written proof. Issue has been going on for weeks despite multiple follow-ups. Merchants need resolution, not endless assurances. Please close this properly.
