@Paytm RBL Bank Maji Shoe (9851266530) is a BC point at Churulia, PIN-713368. Nearby KYC point is shown in Burdwan as Shanti Store which is about 120km away from Churulia. Therefore, I can't provide KYC service to the local customers. Please do something needful to resolve the issue as

@Paytmcare i have the Paytm Payments Bank physical rupay debit card but when i try it as a atm card in my nearby atms of other banks the machine shows extarnal link failure. Please resolve the issue this is not on a single machine every machine shows that message.

@Paytm @Paytmcare What is the best way to reach out to the support team? 24×7 Help & Support seems to not working. For one issue I raised 4 different tickets still the issue is not solved. Just replying with a copy-pasted message and closing the ticket will not solve any issues.
