@Paytm RBL Bank Maji Shoe (9851266530) is a BC point at Churulia, PIN-713368. Nearby KYC point is shown in Burdwan as Shanti Store which is about 120km away from Churulia. Therefore, I can't provide KYC service to the local customers. Please do something needful to resolve the issue as

@Paytmcare i have the Paytm Payments Bank physical rupay debit card but when i try it as a atm card in my nearby atms of other banks the machine shows extarnal link failure. Please resolve the issue this is not on a single machine every machine shows that message.

I raised a ticket on 26 April 3:09 PM with regards to a credit limit imposed on my Paytm payments Bank account, after 7 hours I hear back from PAYTM support to share my ID's and I did. It's been 36 hours I haven't heard back from the support team @vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare
