@Paytm RBL Bank Maji Shoe (9851266530) is a BC point at Churulia, PIN-713368. Nearby KYC point is shown in Burdwan as Shanti Store which is about 120km away from Churulia. Therefore, I can't provide KYC service to the local customers. Please do something needful to resolve the issue as

@Paytmcare i have the Paytm Payments Bank physical rupay debit card but when i try it as a atm card in my nearby atms of other banks the machine shows extarnal link failure. Please resolve the issue this is not on a single machine every machine shows that message.

@Paytmcare What screenshot? The money is debited in my bank account and credited to my Paytm wallet. Does not get transferred to 1MG. Order is rejected by 1MG. Spent nearly 1 hr talking to Paytm customer care and supervisor. Frustrating experience!

Strongly suggest to not use any service from @redBus_in The bus would be delayed by 4 hours that too late at night and they won’t even issue a full refund. Would strongly suggest using @Paytmcare @makemytrip. Customer service is the key!
