Hello @Paytm , i was recharging my mobile on paytm on 25/02/2022, but due to some problem my initiated transaction has been cancelled due to unknown error but money had been deducted form my account.I tried several time on paytm chat but i found nothing.Please help me.

@Paytmcare Hi, When I am entering my mobile number to get cashback in my paytm wallet I am getting error "paytm account doesn't exist" for registered mobile number. Why it is so? Even when I have created account with it. I am facing this issue with two different accounts.
