@Sid_2104 @Paytm on 6-10-21 i did a bank to transfer to my pg owner amount was deducted from bank but owner hasn't received it yet ..since then am just complaining and there only answer is transaction was successful but there is no record of such txn in bank statement. Worst service

After 4 months of back and forth with @Paytmcare (which was an eye wash) I am back to square one. @Paytm is incapable to fix its insecure platform making it easy for frauds to happen, and then it harasses the actual (genuine) customers. @WomenCell

@Paytmcare I paid my credit card bill on 20/09 from third party app via Paytm UPI money got deducted but payment wasn't successful. I contacted the merchant and they said "we didn't get money, kindly contact your bank". I tried help on the app but didn't get any response till now
