@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar faced online fraud on 22 Feb on my wallet , reported within the first hour itself after several attempts on helpline. Promised resolution in 24 hours ..next day the ‘problem solver’ defrauded Paytm postpaid. Have sent a complete dossier. Can someone help

@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare please resolve this issue I have suffered loss because I had to pay 2× the amount at toll tax. Customer care always tell that they're reaching higher authority but the issue hasn't been resolved.

I have a FASTAG from @Paytm for my commercial vehicle. In my fastag wallet it clearly shows 1375 Rs still it tells low balance.I have been trying to reach the customer care but from 3 days they're ignoring it. My vehicle is not able to pass the toll from 3 days @vijayshekhar
