@Paytm @Paytmcare Pathetic service! very very bad experience and non of the customer care contact works! Just simply no response from any levels of escalation! Wallet is frozen for more than 3 months, even after great effort, many visits to @Paytm centres no use! Totally Stuck !!

@Paytmcare please delete my account. First you don’t accept my documents for Paytm wallet and block my access, your customer care number is useless as I cannot speak to anyone. And when I try to close my account even that fails! I have no interest in using your services.
