@Paytmcare Why don't Paytm have inclusive helpline number for Rent Payment issues. I paid rent (Order Id : 17994449618) using Paytm with my debit card for Rs 10000 and it charged me Rs 100 convince fee. 1/2

2/3 @Paytmcare After my succesful rent payment I recieved Rs 10000 in my account from One97 communication and I got charged the convince fee of Rs100 without my rent payment being successful. When I contacted customer care they said they can't help me and I've to raise ticket.

@Paytmcare The fastag on one of my car is suspended for non usage. Now I contacted your Partners in Aligarh but they tell me that it can't be reactivated because RBI has blocked kyc of Paytm. Now I want to close or transfer to another Paytm acct but not able to! Help.

@Paytmcare I have requested for permanent deactivation of my paytm postpaid account last month and this month also via chat support but it always shows that it will deactivate on 7th of next month automatically but its not happening, please make a solution as soon as possible.
