Hi @Paytmcare Please resolve ticket ID 3257120999 and either allow me to use my paytm food wallet or issue an equivalent voucher/credit transaction . Else I will lodge a complaint with the RBI Ombudsman. All details are there in ticket so please don't waste time in reaching out.

@Paytmcare I was made payment with Paytm UPI and the payment was failed payment also deduct from my account but receiptent didn't get any payment in his account. Payment didn't get back into my account what is the security in Paytm I was contact with customer care yesterday.
