    @Paytm @Paytmcare . Don't use this app. They are using the customers money in the name of processing. How the upi transfer will take 48hours without any server issue.

    @Paytm @vijayshekhar amount transferred from my account to merchant account without my authorisation. On repeated query the reply I get is the payment has been received and confirmed by the merchant. But the issue is that I did not make this payment.

    @Paytm Paytm is a fraud channel. Their customer care number offer no option to speak to customer care executive. Made a payment of Rs 9000 from my paytm wallet to a mobile number. Receiver saying payment is not received. Neither i received refund nor the receiver has received

    the same address. Not delivering in nearby city Delhi (yes in the capital) aswell. Customer support representative is hopeless. Took 30 minutes to give me information I already had in two clicks on their app. Kindly look into this issue of delivery not being available @Paytmcare
