@vijayshekhar @Paytm Hey Mr. Sharma, this doesn’t seem fair. The gold price calculations aren’t transparent, and the discount coupon even includes GST. In the end, we’re losing around 6% of the actual gold value. Your customer care also couldn’t give a clear answer.

Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare this is pathetic service! Booked a bus ticket and the driver changed the operator at the last moment — replaced with a low-quality bus and now forcing passengers to take upper seats instead of confirmed lower berths. Totally unacceptable! Need action ASAP.

@Paytmcare confirmed refund settlement to Kotak, but @KotakBankLtd says the RRNs are invalid and is refusing to help. IRCTC earlier asked me for account closure proof and cancelled cheque, which I’ve already shared. Still unresolved.
