    @Paytm Used it a lot but now slowing it down as so many online fraud scam going on. Y are you guys not doing anything. I think all suspicious account should blocked verified & reported to police .So poor ppl dont loose their money

    (2/4) 1. Website/App UI: Clicked multiple times on each button from the time I logged in till the time the order was placed 2. Payment issues: Used a @Paytm coupon(worth INR 350 on MOV 999)and when I placed the order the discount was INR 300 only and later payment failed

    @Paytmcare If i have to pay from my bank account,I will do IMPS whih is more secure. What is the use of paytm then and what is the use of money in paytm wallet when everytime you will harass the customer to pay from bank account. What a shame !

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I have been trying to get a FASTag issued to me since 10th but your team insists it was delivered inspite of me confirming it was not. Can someone help. Sir @vijayshekhar I have had a great run with Paytm until I encountered the customer care team. Please help!

    @PaytmTravelCare Finally after 100 days. I've got my refund. It tooks 13 calls to paytm customer care, 6 mails and 8 tweets. Thank u @Paytm @PaytmTravelCare
