    @Paytmcare This is not an IRCTC issue. Please stop shifting the blame. The problem occurred due to a technical error on the Paytm app (“Fetching Error”), because of which no booking confirmation was visible and I couldn’t take any action like cancellation or filing TDR.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm Today I tried to book ticket from IRCTC(JP to MMCT) and paid via PayTM payment gateway. Money deducted from account but its showing timeout on PayTM gateway page. Also on IRCTC failed booking section, its showing status that Payment Initiated. Plz help

    @SuryodayBank @Paytmcare @Paytm- I applied for Paytm postpaid service and you ppl rejected my request post setting the mandate, can you explain the reason of rejection? Why you not rejected at initial stage? Why after mandate set-up? My registered number ending with you is *8705.

    @Paytmcare @paytm my emi is not deducted on date although there is sufficient balance in my account and your company charging extra money due to technical error by your end...pls do the needful ASAP

    @Paytmcare How can you say that my issue is resolved when I cannot still login to paytm in the second workspace. If you guys cannot fix it, then please accept that you are technically not capable of providing solution. Please don't lie.

    @Paytm : probably one of the worst customer support. Booked an international flight with you guys, need to reschedule...have been following up like anything and 4 days no response...I am in USA right now...is paytm dead ?
