@Paytm my booking ID is 18221491493. I booked my tickets from ujjain to surat on 2nd June but the bus driver told us that the doesn't go to surat. There is no proper response from your customer care they didn't file my complaint yet. Kindly process my request as soon as possible

@Paytmcare @abccare i have requested to close my paytm postpaid but no action taken from last 15 days i will take legal actions if my acount is not closed in this month. No support provided till now i am keeping all this as a proof
