Dear @IRCTCofficial please fix this toggling between apps issue. Once we move to pay from @Paytm, the amount is deducted but ticket is not confirmed. Just tried to deposit money into my E-Wallet from Paytm. The money got deducted but amount not deposited into my wallet. Fix it.

Day by day, the @Paytm app is getting worse. I’ve been waiting 4 days for a cashback that was promised within 24 hours. Not only is it still not credited, but they also closed the support ticket without resolution. This is seriously shady. #Paytm #FraudAlert

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar @consumerforum_ The problem still remains unresolved.Have been registering my complaints on the app but all effort is in vein. It is one of the worst website I can find .My total refund of 12672 Rs is still not complete, only received 3036 Rs so far. Request again for resolution at earliest
