@paytmbankcare @Paytmcare sorry to say bt ur customer care is useless and unbearable. Ticket 3108287588 and 22047452757 raised but even after 10 days, no resolution. Offer snapshot says payment has to be made using netbanking for cashback and not by debit card while ur support

@Paytm @Paytmcare This error is highly unacceptable since I would not have gone ahead with the payment had I seen that the seats were not available . So I went again to book the same train's ticket and it showed the same error..
