@reliancejio signal strength is very low or zero at sarni,MP, much more disgusting and disappointing from two days. After contacting customer care only robotic answer we got, no solution. I also paid my all outstanding for services but still facings What I will do pls suggests

@JioCare Today the service request number is closed however still my unbilled amount is showing as 1076 may i know why my unbilled amount is showing 1076 even after paying all my dues...resolve immediately.....the unbilled amount should be on pro rata basis from the new bill cycle.

@JioCare Hi, I have already shared my number so many times but none of you resolved my problems. Now my jio sim has started malfunctioning. At times, it stops working all of a sudden while I am using the internet or I am on call. Even while working with customer care, the sim stops.
