    @reliancejio jio has worst service and their service men do not respond to calls when you have problem. I was promised 4 months of service for the cost of 3 months. Now they say they forgot to activate a voucher during connection and free month is not applicable. Beware of Jio

    @JioCare My jio number has not working for last 30 minutes. And also network is not showing. This happens on every Sunday. @JioCare should immediately resolved this issue.

    @JioCare Also, too much of spam in sms inbox and myjio app notifications for the same plan end reminder. We know, we have to recharge our primary num. We are not in the stone age that it will do without communication network.

    @JioCare seriously very very poor customer care people. No training given to them on how to handle customer. Very sad and poor . In this jio is launching 5G a serious comedy. Fed up with Jio network and services

    @reliancejio @JioFibre Newly switch to Jio fiver. having not any issue with jio but your sales executive did wrong commitments and when I asked to full fill the promise. He took conversation in wrong direction and misbehaved badly. Now wana to disconnect jio the connection

    @reliancejio so please you people do one thing take back your connection and I am more comfortable with @airtelindia atleast they provide gud customer service
