    @JioCare @reliancejio @AndheriLOCA I have 2 personal and 1 Corporate JioFiber internet connection. The internet connection is down on a regular basis. Yesterday the internet service was not available from 12pm to 7pm. Today again there is no internet connection since 12pm

    @JioCare Inspite if registering a new complaint this afternoon at 12:30 I was been told that an engineer would visit by 3pm and it’s already 5pm but nobody here and also no communication, is this truly a 5G experience which you’ll claim??? Poor customer service

    @JioCare @reliancejio this is happening second time. Suddenly internet and router stop working. And the best part is JIO service person will attend my request on 15th march? Seriously ? Soo fast ? dominance is dangerous in market ..its true. @HathwayBrdband was better. 😔

    How should I disconnect and get refund amount of my jio fiber ?? The app provides a helpline number that doesn't help at all , employees at jio store gives the same number and the person who sold us the plan is now removed !! please provide suitable help @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Intermittent connection loss!! I am done now take some effort to investigate open the ticket listen to what your representative has advised & then let me know on what grounds you have closed the ticket without providing resolution and none of you jerks making an effort to call me

    @SardarSomdeep @JioCare @Airtel_Presence God Knows now what and when would jio commercially start 5G for everyone - my phone model on the other hand supports more bands then required like Millimetre Wave , which would never connect coz they use MM WAVE to interlink towers

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio horrible experience ever while installation of jio fiber, they were sugar coated sweet talkers while taking selling plans & equally unpleasant experience while installation. Please update about cancellation & refund process of order

    @JioCare My JioFiber remained down for 10–12 days. Every day an engineer was assigned. Every day the visit was rescheduled. Despite repeated complaints, multiple calls to customer care, and assurances from at least 3 different agents, not a single engineer visited my premises.

    Why @reliancejio wants to waste time for clients . Setting same jio tune every month . It must continue untill a customer is paying bills every month . The way we get data sms n calls. Shameless lousy process by Jio . Wastage . Must rectify it or I look after shifting to Network.

    Customers should not bear the consequences of @JioCare operational shortcomings. If the installation is not completed within 48 hours, I will escalate the matter through the Consumer Helpline and Consumer Commission for deficiency in service. Order ID: NO0001DXXGXQ @reliancejio

    @JioCare Connection was booked on 13 June, but it has not been installed yet. Whenever I contact the service person, he keeps saying that it will be installed soon, but it still hasn't been done. Could you please let me know when the installation is planned to be completed..?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber My order no NO0001DTB6R2 of jio airfiber was cancelled by me after a conversation with jio team as your dealer failed to install connnection in a long period of 10 days. (Service request no. SR00037W9JZ ).
