Hi @JioCare my wifi connection has running smoothly till yesterday night i have already recharged by account before due date. But the wifi router is blinking with red light continously and my internet connectivity is disrupted badly. I know its a Lockdown but need your Help.

@JioCare @suresh_kumar55 Jio is waste terms of improvment i also made a complaints, they say to DM you and after 3 to 4 days they will say we can see good signal in your area, you might be facing the indoor network issue.

@JioCare Scheduled appointment is on 12th sept @JioCare . We are in Bangalore and it’s obvious everyone is working from home. The connection is broken on 8th of September. How do you expect us to wait these many days for an engineer? And a new connection service is instantly available

@reliancejio @JioCare We are experiencing a very slow internet connection but the claimed speed for this pack was 150mb/s..NOW it is running on 4mb/s. I have this laptop connected to the 4G band but then also it was claimed that it would provide around 40mb/s of internet speed!
