16yrs of usage, Has been facing frequent modem issues from @HathwayBrdband, customer service is disgusting, keeps u on hold for 24hrs. In today's time the internet is so important if you are working from home. Time to shift to @airtelindia or @reliancejio

Seems its time to port @JioCare sim to another network provider. The internet is pathetic. With full network showing 4G and all setting clear, the network goes off intermittently for long time... Bro improve otherwise another ADAG telecom company will happen #Jio

@JioCare My number, last recharged in Jun 2022, started showing as No Network suddenly. On trying to recharge, number is showing as "Not a Jio Number" And number disappeared from My Jio App. Jio store asked to call Customer care. Cc Rep asks me if I wish to speak to Ambani.

@JioCare I am not using any earphones or headphones, simply using phone for making calls ,when call is getting connected opposite person cannot hear me at all, it is like I am mute to him. It's happening with only JIO SIM. I have other service provider SIM in my phone and it works fine!

@JioCare how does a person run up a outstanding charge when the only option to activate or access a service is via prepaid option...?? U cannot access IR if the prepaid voucher is not bought, but then without accessing a network end up racking bills if 4k as access charges..how?
