    2 days of absolute mediocrity from my Jio STB. Horrible resolution & even more horrible service. Despite complaining yesterday about the whole situation & then assuring of getting fixed today, nothing has improved. @JioCare is an absolute gutter #JioPlatforms

    @JioCare since many days..my jiofibre not working..... number is 22 79663905....only red light shows in the router box.....I hv already renewed silver plan.....so i hv lost so many days....

    @JioCare I have subscribed to your Gold plan i.e. supposedly 250mbps but the router provided cannot deliver >50mbps. Complained 4-5 times. Assured router replacement. But no resolution or even contact. Pathetic! #JioFiber #jiogigafiber #3yearsofjio

    Sick of Airtel Network issues. Was facing Data connection Problems since last 2 days and today was the worst experience. Complete Network Lost.These fools claim to be India's Fastest Network and cannot provide Network in a city like Mumbai.@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @JioCare

    @reliancejio i was accessing network for office work since yesterday and suddenly i am not able to access network frm 1:00am and still it's not accessible. I have lots of work load please help me to solve this problem.

    @JioCare Would love to be your customer soon. These idiots seems to have taken customers for granted. I have 8 Airtel connections and they don't have courtesy to resolve the issue after complaining for minimum 5 times over phone and writing 3 emails.

    @HathwayBrdband tired of complaining. Facing frequent disconnections and all the customer care executive does is re-start from their end and it works for like 3-4 days and again frequent disconnections. Even after being acquired by @reliancejio this is the condition

    @reliancejio but the same is declined by @airtelindia and service of Jio number is suspended on 23rd November I have visited jio care center at charkop kandivali where the have taken Rs. 599 and give me a new sim card when I check the status this order is got cancelled

    @JioCare lots of jio user in my area are leaving, and planning to leave jio as it's getting worse day by day, 'internet speed is a temporary issue' you saying this from last 8 months. My plan will end in February, I'll wait till that time.
