    @JioCare suffering from last many months of frequent disconnection (even if router shows green line), and speed issue. Many times apps not opening on jio fiber but opens immediately on mobile net using both Airtel and jio mobile. Pls replaced old router which may be defective

    @JioCare Had a very bad experience while gettung for a replacement sim from JJ store in Mumbai. Employee was pathetic and rude he didn't had change so i had to walk around for that and most important he didn't activate my sim yet as he got some ego issues. Plz help.

    @JioCare I hope you understand in this internet age, people “call” customer care only to ask for specific info not found elsewhere. Do you think it’s productive to waste people’s time on playing back info on IVR they already know? And then you say customers are not satisfied.

    @JioCare 2/n I called again today. Tweeted. No resolution I just called. Another service request raised. No sms I got IF U DONT ACTIVATE IT BY TOMORROW 1. I WILL POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND INFLUENCE EVERY ONE TO NOT USE JIOFIBRE 2. CANCEL AND USE AIRTELFIBRE @airtelindia

    @JioCare And again the service was automatically pushed to the next day. All of you are just trying to save your jobs by saying that its a priority in reality you are doing nothing to actually fix my problem.

    @JioCare Pls replaced my old router with new one , tired of giving Many complain ,resetting , and once again disconnection in between . Have to use and buy mobile data costing me. Each time I twitt and dm ,u said enginner will come , but they also knows problem with old one

    @JioCare @reliancejio My long problem of jio fiber internet pending due to router problem, call came from jio +912235072664 and tell me to give request replace router on 18008969999 but when I call on this number said no such option to replaced. It is really nonsense. Worst

    @reliancejio I stay in Thane and have been using your services since a year including both Cellular and Fiber. Recently shifted my location and both the wifi and cellular are having zero network causing lot of trouble ,need a path of action to go ahead.

    @JioCare Basically, 4 days before plan expiry, every single call you are going to hammer that tone. Hey @airtelindia and @Vodacom are you guys into same practices? Of reminding the consumer before each call, whole day, before plan expiry? If not, would love to switch to your network.

    @JioCare 1/n My Auto Debit didn't go through. You disconnected my JioFibre I paid on 3rd May 5am. Rs 1000 by CC and Rs179 by Paytm Your call centre agent set up service request. I got a SMS connection will be updated by 4th May 5am Didn't happen

    @reliancejio @JioCare - I have raised a SR000016AHSA today at 2:57pm. CCE then committed that executive will visit by 6pm today. But nobody came till now. PATHETIC SERVICE...!!! REPEAT COMPLAINT OF ROUTER... NOBODY IS LISTENING... So now at last raising disconnection request !!!

    I think @Airtel_Presence should stop there service instead of getting bad words In Advertisement they say we are available everywhere in actuality they don't available anywhere In last two months I am missing @reliancejio I am not able to port otherwise I will do it today
