Hi @reliancejio I've sim from Gujarat which stopped working now and at the moment i'm in navi mumbai i checked about five stores in last 15 days but they don't have green global sim. Can you help me to get sim delivered, i can't receive important calls from last 15 days.

@JioCare Problem still persists. Your engineer visited, recommended installing a signal booster. But if signal was reaching other rooms till 10 days back, what has gone wrong now with @JioCare wifi? Position of router is also not changed.

@_MukeshAmbani I am wondering how is @reliancejio operating and growing. Here you have a customer wanting to port from Airtel to Jio but can't get SIM even after ordering on website..No calls..No customer service..They ask me to visit store..Then why is home delivery claimed ??

@reliancejio @JioCare Location: Lal Dongar Road, Sindhi Colony, Chembur. Complaint: Very unpredictable/slow connection on jio-fi. I keep it near the window, coz a few feet inside and the signal bar turns blue. Poor speed even with green signal.

@JioCare I did a recharge from paytm UPI on my mob no. Payment got deducted but my recharge is not reflecting. 3 days have passed now. Paytm is asking to contact Jio, but Jio IVR has no option to reach customer care executive. No option to reach customer care is working for Jio.
