Very poor services by #JioFiber @JioCare @reliancejio no internet connection @airtelindia was way better in terms of services P.S whats the point of high speed internet when there’s no internet only.

@hsjawanda @reliancejio @JioCare I made additional payment so my services aren't interrupted. I am now thinking to go back to airtel, but their international call rates are quite high and voice call issues.

@JioCare at this point I really don't know why I even tweet a complaint as I know it will fall to deaf ears! Still, I have Jio sim as sim 1, I even use JioFi for some extra use, and yet daily it is a struggle to get bare min speeds or even connectivity. Sell it as 2G!

@JioCare I ordered and paid a trial one month connection on last Friday. After that no follow up. Really disappointed with the service JIO is providing. I can't reach anyone, I called at customer care and my call was hung up saying order is in progress.

@ColFool_ @ndtv @reliancejio the problem is that the engineering is wrong bcz they underestimate the users on each tower in the 1st and second there is no up-gradation of these signal towers hence the output signal speed remains the same but end-user speed is subdivided by a number of users.

The major issue with @reliancejio is the service especially with Jio Fiber and on that end I personally feel @airtelindia is always there for its customers. @reliancejio don't pick up the customer call and it's been more than 30 days they are delaying jio fiber connection.
