@hsjawanda @reliancejio @JioCare I made additional payment so my services aren't interrupted. I am now thinking to go back to airtel, but their international call rates are quite high and voice call issues.

Jii team I like say that last five years to I’m say that there slow speed issue facing but but every time your team saying that high number of users that’s why you have facing this issue slow speed last five years to your team seen comment provide that. @reliancejio @TRAI

@JioCare It went off line again at 4.29 pm and tried contacting call centre which took more than 3 min to reach agent and took 3 minutes to make agent understand the purpose of call and existing open consoling by then it was restored... this is really pathetic service
