Always says, due to high no. of jio users u r facing issue and cannot commit any resolving date. But 1-2 metres away from my location, it's speed becomes normal and reasonable. Jio do smthng.

I have been trying to watch a video on Facebook for the last hour and still it is buffering, The video duration is just 19 minutes and I have been watching it for 1 hour.

To make things worse, the engineer is allegedly asking for an extra ₹600 to fix an issue that should be covered under service. This is unacceptable

New SIM has no signal, and previous operator SIM sub is expired, so I can't even dial the IVR call! Jio closed my ticket claiming success when it's completely dead. Had to reopen.
