@airtelindia please lel m knw the steps to port my no. bcz i knw ur customer service is available & always provide a solution as compared to @JioCare their customer service is poor like a helpless housefly stuck in a cup of tea. Its beeter to change the service provider.

@hsjawanda @reliancejio @JioCare I made additional payment so my services aren't interrupted. I am now thinking to go back to airtel, but their international call rates are quite high and voice call issues.

I have network issue in my area and I cant use internet and calling Jio is the worst company while providing services I have complained many times but no action has been taken on it i am thinking i will port out my 4 numbers as your company doesn't provide services to us @JioCare

Just had 1 more horrible jiocare experience from an executive called Shruti. No resolution and keeps telling me I've provided resolution. Didn't escalate call to Team Leader, didn't send the call to tech resolution team, didn't allow access to floor manager or anyone else.
