    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioSaavn I recharged with Rs. 777 on 16 july 2021 and its had complimentary pass of Dinsney Hot star Subscription. Now they are denied. Ok, I accepted but where is my extra rs. 222. It is very disappointed service by #jio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I got my Jio Fiber disconnected on 6th August 2021, still wating for the security and installation fees refunds, was promised in 14 days. Order no. CO000D96CRF, JIO Fiber ID 299953287810, Voice no. +91113518075. Your Customer care is non existent.

    @JioCare Every time they just rescheduled the installation appointment ,last time also i waited for 15-20 days and same process in this time also...please provide asap or else i have to cancel jio connection now and future also..

    @reliancejio @JioCare ordered with advance payment if Jio Fiber connection on 18th Aug 21 with order no. NO0000IDY8A1. Ever since no updates except alerts for appointment for installation. No updates yet on resolution of technical issue or on planned installation date.. pl help

    @reliancejio ur store next to khalsa college is taking more than 20 minutes to serve 1 customer..is this the efficiency with which u aim to be India's largest service provider. Atleast have a better manpower down the line. People are standing here for more than an hour as average

    Seeing some friends raise a demand for #IVRInMaithili specially for people of the region that speaks Maithili. Not a bad demand at all. If telecom companies can have IVRs in Bhojpuri and other regional language, why not Maithili?? @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodaIdea_NEWS

    @reliancejio @JioCare Unfortunately cancel our jio fiber connection due to relocation, successfully cancelled but refund process is taking too long. waiting for a month to receive my refund and everytime contact to customer care, says it is in process, disappointed from service.

    @JioCare Still the issue is not resolved. Please increase the priority of this request. At the time uninstallation I was assured that within 14 days refund will be processed. Today 70 days are completed !! Poor refund services @reliancejio ! @Airtel_Presence Planning to switch to airtel!
